Worst staff in hospital. Very negligent towards patients. Rude and loud mouth staff. Watching videos and entertaining programs when asked for details and appointment. Especially this person in photo is very rude towards patient

Dear Sir, We respect you and your time and you are the best doctor that doesn't mean that we have to to wait minimum 2 to 3 hours for consultation even after taking the appointment. It's a 21st century time is important for everyone more over It's not only patient time but also attendee time , travel time and patience situation. Consider all this aspect please take the necessary action. On top of everything it's not a free service to wait hours in your hospital

It used to be good hospital, but now very careless about patients. Even after taking appointment waiting time is 2-3hours. Unnecessarily MRI scans for charging Rs.7000. Very irresponsible staff and purely money minded hospital. My new car was hit & damaged in parking and they're irresponsible. No security and cctv in parking. Park vehicles at your own risk and go to this hospital at your own Risk

Admitted my wife for food poison. 1. Didnt changed the patient dress until next day. 2. Have to go and ask nurses personally every damn think like change saline,what medicie to give. 3. No one will have clue about what medicie to give. 4. 0 care for patient. Left my wife many times while changing saline. Her hand keeps bleeding. 5. Button to call nurses doenst work. Even if we call them they will not respond properly. 6. Rooms were not clean. Only few mins before doctor visit they will supervise whether room is cleaned or not. Otherwise no one will care. 7. Unnecessarly keeps patient even if not required and keep on adding pharma bill. 8. Hospital environment is so unhygiene. 9. Even in A/C rooms Lot of mosquitos and no coils, allo outs. No bathroom handwash etc. 10. Staff have no clue about what food to be given to be patient. If we go ask them they will say u can get food for outside. Normally food for patient should be instructed and given by hospital staff. 11. Blankets wont be replaced daily. I can keep on adding so many issues. Visit this hospital only if no other option else avoid. Worst experience ever. Govt hospitals are much better i feel.

Doctor is good but staff behaviour towards the patients is very bad. Full commercial, staff speaks only about the money.government hospital staff is hundred times better. They will not allow us to speak with Doctor in case of any doubts,once you come out of the Doctor's cabin.

Recently we visited this hospital and we are very much happy with Dr.Siddartha treatment. Only concern is waiting time, few of the staff behaviour and lack of information. My brother admitted with brain stroke in emergency suitation, doctors coordinated well in the emergency treatment and treated well and hospital staff and ward boys are doing good job in sharing information and transparent in treatment. After one week of treatment in hospital my brother able to walk properly. I recommend this hospital for others.

dr sidarth doesn't know how to read the MRI films. he doesn't have complete knowledge on neurology as he completed his neurology in the year 2015 before that he was pediatrics my mother got admitted for 10days and after admitting condition got worsened. initially they told me that it was a stroke after 8days they said its a tumor in brain how the hell tumor will develop in 10days. we already took MRI prior to joining the hospital which was normal intially and while joining also we took another MRI which showed stroke and he suggested for PETCT scan which is of no use and charged 28k for PETCT scan and mentioned in the bill as others = 28000 and for entire 10days of hospitalization they charged a bill of 2.6Lakhs without proper treatment. for covid sanitization they charged 3k per day total 30000 and funny thing is they also charged covid risk assessment for doctor 1000 per day MY MOTHER EXPIRED AFTER 1WEEK OF DISCHARGE THESE PEOPLE WASTED TIME WITHOUT PROPER DIAGNOSIS I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR FOR ANYONE PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS HOSPITAL . THEY ARE ALL MONEY MINDED

Visited Sidarth Neuro Hospital, Dr. Siddharth Reddy, He treats very well and friendly nature. I will recommend this doctor for best neurologist. Staff was very good and friendly. Physiotherapy: In Sidarth hospital, physiotherapists are very good and friendly Dr Zameer and his team are very good in Physiotherapy because of them I could able to recover faster, they are very supportive I strongly recommend Physiotherapy in Sidarth hospitals.

Bed Bugs, Mosquitoes, Late results, Irresponsible staff, Mischievous persons, Fake review and many more are with this hospital. I admitted my wife for severe stomach pain where it was later converted to admission when they knew we have an insurance. When a person can be kept under observation, it has turned into admission the minute they knew about insurance. The reports are late, the treatment is not proper. Every guy calls some other guy on how to do/proceed for a treatment. It’s just a general hospital with AC. They doesn’t know treatment. For simple Gas pain they tested all tests and then also couldn’t say what the problem was. We could knew that it’s a gas pain after visiting another hospital. Only worthy guy might be Siddharth and others are useless. Even if the near by hospital is far away pls go there but never ever think of coming here. They loot well and treatment is zero.

All doctors in sidarth hospital are bacha doctors. No one will know anything. Daily so many people are dying because of their treatement. Better to don't join this hospital.

I am disappointed with the service. Uneducated nursing staff, doesn't speak english and hindi. Very badly treating patients if you are outsiders because of language issue. Best for neuro but worst for other treatments you can't imagine.

Waste complete waste. No proper consultation. They would ask for cash or card, what about covid prevention? What do they want to do with cash in this epidemic situation? Theres always something fishy when any business says "cash or card". Staff is not cooperative. Ladies busy on phones, dunno hindi or english. Waiting benches are dirtier than toilet seats.

I brought my father to the hospital for consultation as he was suffering from seizures (epilepsy) from past 7-8 years. Just when we're to enter doctor's room, my father had seizures and he was taken to emergency and then to MICU and was treated for five days. He had no seizures during the hospital's stay and also after the discharge. We consulted with other hospitals/doctors as well but the treatment given in this hospital was so good that there is immense change in his health and behaviour. He is recovering well and we do a regular follow up with the hospital. Best hospital/doctor (Dr. Sidarth Reddy) for epilepsy/seizures related cases.

I admitted my mother on critical care condition. My mom had to stay in ICU for 7 days. I felt nursing and support staff are not trained enough. I had serious complaints during treatment. Hospital hygiene is not up to the mark. Doctor response is moderate. No response from reception for doctor appointments. For the hospitalization charges that I had to bear, I felt treatment and facility is not worth. I request hospital management to improve on above aspects.

Hats off to Doctor Sidarth Reddy Sir for his exceptional treatment skills in treating patients. I got cured for my dizziness problem within 2 visits. But expect a waiting time for an hour at least in the hospital to get the consultation due to huge rush. But it is worth waiting even for couple of hours to get the best treatment. Hospital experience was not good (except the doctors and nurses). I hope to develop many services related to patient care, (in patient all medicines are not available in hospital pharmacy, we bought half of medicines from Apollo pharmacy etc.) Also cash billing discharge process took a lot of time.

Doctor not take care inpatient and there is no proper response. In output section even we book the appointment also we need to wait 3-4 hour for meet the doctor and receptionist not respect the people time and problems. Actually everyone saying doctor treatment is good so all are try to meet him but actually we didn't feel he is good... He not find the solution for small issue from last 20 days he asking to admit in hospital after that no repsonse

Hi, I have visited sidhartha hospital, hafeezpet for my wife's delivery & other medical issues and the way of Dr. Siddhartha reddy sir receiving & treating patients are very honest & he's listening to our problems and other medical issues very patiently and giving the explanation of the problems in a very professional manner & diplomatic way. Other thing Dr. Laxmi Durga gynaecologist and since 2nd month to till delivery treating the way of the patient is highly appreciable and cooperative. We are much tensed during delivery time but the way of explanation & support from both gynaecologists, & pediatrician doctors are very much cool & support. Finally, I recommend it to other patients to visit this hospital for your health issues.
