Arranging viewings, finding a tenant, registration of L&L, society formalities, coordinating interior work and tenant move-in – Simplease has handled everything smoothly and professionally. Simplease provides excellent end to end property management services - from finding potential tenants / buyers for your property to managing maintenance / repairs of your property. BEWARE of Simplease if you are a TENANT. All its good reviews are perhaps from owners of the flats. The agency is so inclined to please its owner clients (mostly NRI), that it literally loots the tenants by levying illegal and unfair charges. I had rented a house through Simplease in La Belleza Society in Borivali East. They deducted Rs 8000 from me in the name of wear and tear of the flat. This included Rs 3000 for the pigeon net, which is always the owner's responsibility to fix. The remaining Rs 5000 included window servicing, window bearing issue, leakage in shower, leakage in taps and leakage in jet spray which was always there when I moved in. In addition to this, they charged me Rs 1000 for a broken jet spray and Rs 500 for a non-functional geyser. This again was in the same condition when I moved in. In fact, I got the geyser repaired twice on my own. It’s completely understandable when an owner charges money for some genuine damage. But in this case, the NRI owner is hardly in the picture. The Simplease agency handed over a freshly painted flat but all the other repair work was done poorly. And they eventually extracted the money from us. In my case, the owner has been unresponsive despite me writing them emails. It is really disturbing when someone extracts money illegally, which is why I am already in the process of pursuing a police complaint against this agency and the owner.

Simplease has been extraordinary in providing the services for my flat. I do not have to worry about my flat rent, maintenance and incase looking out for prospective renters.
