I have visited the shop several times. A fair enough experience. Until my last visit. There's this one lady who literally kept insisting to the point of forcing to try on everything SHE wanted me to. Which I denied several times but kind of gave in because she wouldn't let go. But I obviously wasn't going to throw away money because she couldn't stop coercing me. And I did buy what I wanted. Not everything that she wanted me to. I get that it's your job to make the sales. But she had such an obnoxious expression when I decided what I wanted. Like I did something wrong. Like I was meant to buy everything she wanted me to. If I see her in there, I'm definitely not entering that shop again.

This store is awesome 👍.... The staff especially Ms. Manju are exceptional in providing great service.... Definitely recommended

Worst experience ever compare to other zivame stores being regular customer, there is no respect for customers from one of the sales girl (who is short). we should take which they ask us to trial. There is no freedom to take what we want and see which we like as if they are giving for free . loosing interest to buy any from zivame which i loved the most from many years now because of this incident

Deepashree was of a wonderful help! She is kind and polite and helped me find the perfect bra. She even gave me surprise complementary so i leave as a happy costumer. Definitely recommend coming here

Friendly service by Deepashri.One thing I need to mention here is about your sale board outside.Instead of placing a board outside about upto 60percent off you could put up a board saying 'Find out more about our mind blowing discounts'..This is because the discount offered inside and the board outside is quite inconsistent and the staff might find it hard to clarify the same.

Extremely arrogant service. No proper sales or store managers. Did not provide us with a bill until we raised a complaint against them at the help desk. They accepted it was their mistake and still didn't take responsibility. Horrible store. No responsibility was taken due to their ego. I was a regular customer until this happened, wouldn't advice anybody to go to this branch.

The positive reviews looks paid or posted by family or friends of these staffs i met today at d store... I found one among d staff was so pushy to make me buy something I dint even want...when i dint pick wat she was offering she was unhappy... I wasn't informed about offers properly.. she told me tat I can't buy 1 outfit as I won't get any discount and if i buy 2 she ll give me discount like she owns Zivame.Was told only limited colours available so that v settle with something...Later I visited to d Devraj urs road Zivame and found a lot of options which I was told dint exist and was given discount on single products too. I was lied about d options and pricing.. pls don't drop down to level of fooling customers... v unhappy with this experience and will neva step into this place again. I know losing one customer won't matter but pls grow some ethics.

There is a lady at zivame in nexus mall mysore, and her name is KAUSAR. She is ridiculous at her work. And trust me she has an obnoxious behavior towards customers. She makes you wait and wait when you want to select items. She forcibly insisted me to buy things of her choice. And when im explaining what im looking for, she is not ready to listen. And when im trying it on; she is telling me that " i dont know about the stuff im buying because i am buying it for first time". She has very poor sense of communication, and i dont know on what basis she is working. ". And to summarize She DISCRIMINATES BASED ON RELIGION.

Very bad quality ,never expected zivame to be such a low quality project ,very upset by the material quality and durability.After spending so much money on the product hardly used it for 3”2months and the cloth hog torn .

Price is little higher than website. But its fine... trial is there... Worth paying
