Worst experience- had booked two days ago by paying advance but at the last moment they said vehicle is one hour late when i was ready to go, then said again one hour late after one hour then then again kept dilly dallying lying etc for the next one hour. In the meantime i was frustrated because i had to attend an important event and was getting late with whole family ready from last three hour. I would say never book any vehicle from this agency because they don’t have any vehicle of their own group or may be their circle of vehicles itself is not committed to this agency. They don’t value customers at all because they can ditch theirs customer at the last moment also when some other customer offer even a 50 rupees more. Strongly not recommend at all because of my worst experience with this agency.

I selected the car from them on 2nd Jan, 23. The price was competitive and the car was well maintained and clean. Driver was with decent behavior and drove the car well with no rash driving. Very unprofessional and rude customer service. Most of the people in team including driver and travel agent don't know how to talk to customer. Cars they provide are not clean, sometime AC, sometime speaker will not be working. One or the other problem will be there. Peace of mind is not there with thier service.

No doubt, tour was excellent and fulfilled the facilities as announced. The team member of organisers were looks as they are on training. During late there were no announcement by them about the further action. The bus driver was also looks unaware about the route. As there was too much late in returning, they should arrenge atleast tea and snaks, if not dinner.
