Very bad response .because I had complain on 22 February and techniquition came on 23 feb thenafter that washine machine was working so that i had paid service charge and whatever part they change appropriately 25000 then next day machine was not working then also called him and complain registered also but they don't come and not received ph.also .so that they are giving very bad response.really I m very unsatisfied with their response.

I bought ac from ifb trusting them but it turned out to be the worst decision of my life. Their service is worst and pathetic, service guys never picks the call. From last 5 days i have been calling them to install my ac, and they dont give a damn. All the service center staffs are ignorant. They keeps ignoring the call. They only make fake promise. From state service manager to the service center guy, all are ignorant. I called krishna rawat, bihar state head, then krishna patna head, then raushan kumar my area manger, first day they picked my call and from second day they stopped picking my call. I am still struggling to get my ac installed. If you want a smooth experience then please stay away from ifb

My IFB Washing Machine motor is not working due to carbon brush failure in motor. They told me to replace whole motor at a cost Rs. 6500 . Customer care and service centre didn't provide carbon brush and where to buy he didn't suggest me. PLZ IT'S A HUMBLE REQUEST TO ALL CUSTOMER PLZ DON'T BUY ANY APPLIANCE FROM IFB..
