Very pathetic service ...staffs are unprofessional..they have no idea about product especially lady staffs...they will fool you....local quality product. They will deliver wrong product and keep you waiting for weeks to get the right product delivered. They sell products on high rates. Better avoid availing their service. Bekaar service...bekaar staffs.....that manager Alok is such a poor guy...he only knows to manipulate things.....poora staff ko jhoot bolne seekha k rakha hai product sell krne k liye...khud bhi bahut jhoot bolta hai... Be professional and provide good service.... Shivam ceramic se thoda aage Rashi tiles hai...they are very good in service.

You can buy Premium and wide range of collection of tiles, granite etc. The staff are great. They handled the overall situation with polite and patience which shows how professional their staffs are. We visited many times and they were always helpful. Even when we changed our mind at the last moment - they were not worried and changed everything around to meet our delivery date.
