They respond quickly before n during the trip though. We had booked an Innova for our 7 days journey and the rates were such eye catching along with decent n excellent hotels at Delhi, Agra, Jaipur n Udaipur along with complimentary breakfasts. Every hotel they used to take care of us. You can completely blind trust the travel agency n plan your upcoming trips along with reasonable rates. Even u don't need to bargain with rates when you compare it along with other travel agencies.
