Poor exchange policy, how did you come to conclusion that we tried that at home? While your employees didn't even saw the exchange dress. The other(colour) dress was good so thought will exchange the white ones with colour dress that’s all, don't create false narratives that we tried the dress. If the dress can’t be exchanged let that be it. Don’t think the customers are immature to return the used ones

Wanted to buy dress for my in-law's 6 months baby. Though not a online buyer of dress, wanted to try with them. They have shared a wide variety of colorful dresses in WhatsApp. Went through them and selected two. They have sent me the dresses through courier and received it the next day.
