My laptop was too slow and having hanging issues. Problem was clearly explained by the technician. Gave some tips to prevent this issues. Prices are comparatively low than other places. Currently, laptop working good without any issues.

I went for panel replacement of my laptop, they are professionally checking and giving receipt also. Delevery was on time they committed. I feel cost is higher , it is justified for their service

They are at good at service. They are reliable. I went with 3 laptops with three different problems. In fact they do not charge for minor checks. The problems were resolved in a day or two. They are giving alternate solutions if could not be repaired and importantly they ask the customer’s consent before what they do.

In my laptop is having dim display problem when I reach I explained to the service person regarding my problem he checked and replied after 4 hours and he told that display cable got burnt and we have to replace the replacement cost is 2800 rupees even after he told display will have small dark areas. If need display needs to change for 5800. So total 8600. I took back and DIY in home with help of YouTube and removed display and unplugged display cable and cleaned after fixing my laptop display works fine with zero cost. If the work is simple then why you are charging big amount?

My laptop had power-on issue. Before visiting this place I went 2 other places where they said there is a mother board issue. It will cost minimum Rs.1500 to fix the problem. Raminfotech verified and found that the power cable need to be replaced. That costed me just Rs.150 from mercy electronics. Raminfotech technician didn't even charge me anything. I went to the PORUR BRANCH, would've been better if there was more than one person at the counter...came in to give my laptop for general service (a 10min work) it literally took 1hr 20mins for just handing it over. Had the worst experience, almost lost my patience! The attender was very slow and was too busy typing bills for other customers who came to pick up their laptops. Not to mention, they each waited 20mins to take their laptop back...dead slow! But VADAPALANI BRANCH was good having 3-4 ppl to attend the counter and people there seemed more experienced. The job was done extremely well and professional and liked their service. Thank you for that! But I'm never going to the PORUR BRANCH again!

My laptop fan issue& heating issue then I giving my laptop to raminfotech ,laptop service replaced new fan at the best price and they are keeping good punctuality.

Issue: Hp laptop not charging properly. Work done: Dismantled, cleaned and reassembled. Status after one week: Old issue reappeared.Upon tweaking the female end of charging chord, orange charging indicator light started to glow again. Wish to observe for couple of more weeks. Wanted to give feedback without the star rating, but submit/post button is disabled without star rating, so chose 2 star now.(01Feb2023)

I recently visited Ram Infotech for a repair of my MacBook Pro and was disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the status of the repair. Despite being promised updates, I had to call twice to get status. The technicians were knowledgeable and helpful, and the repair was eventually completed at a fair price. but I was not fully satisfied with the explanation of the root cause of the problem or what was fixed I would give them 3.5/5

I had a display problem on my Lenovo laptop.i searched in Google after seeing many 5 star rated reviews for this service centre, I had given the laptop to them. I gave my HP pavilion 360 laptop for service since camera and mousepad were not working. Ram infotech could get back the camera to work by updating OS etc. They couldn't reair touch pad stating that the connectors are damaged and advised to use external mouse which is economical. Their advise is well taken. Camera and OS is working well for the past 3 days. They were very cooperative and courteous in dealing. I will certainly recommend my friends to approach them for any repairs.
