It's made in memory of those martyrs who gave their unmatchable contribution in the war of the Independence of India. Timings : 9 AM - 1 PM 3 PM - 6 PM Entry fee : FREE OF COST As soon as you enter the premises, there's a gateman singh for you to make entry in the register about your Name, Number, Entry time etc. There's a very beautiful garden spread aap over the Cemetery Premises. Point of Attraction : A Unique Structure khade in the middle of the Premise of the Cemetery. Very beautiful, infrastructurally awesome !! You can see my pictures. There's a museum also where You can find all the history and specialities about jharkhand and its Martyrs.

Good place to visit.

Jharkhand war memorial at Booti More is a very good place to visit with family /friends /alone. The entry time is between 9AM to 6PM and remains open on all days. There is no entry fee but you have to enter your details in the register at the time of entry and leaving. There is a museum surrounded by garden, an open auditorium and a flower garden. The main attractions inside the museum memorial are as follows : 1. Statue of Tribal revolutionaries of Jharkhand 2. Display of tribal weapons 3. Different rock minerals found in Jharkhand 4. Different tribal houses 5. Different old army weapons. Overall it is a good place to visit. The ambience is calm and serene. It is a good place to spend some quiet time away from dense urban center.

Quite calm place. May be you find yourself alone because people prefer to visit other places like waterfalls and all, and turns ignorant towards the martyrs, who sacrificed their lives so that we can easily roam across the country. You will really enjoy the sanctity of the place if you have jeal to pay tribute to the martyrs. It is near Booty More, but neither shopkeepers nor auto Ricksaw drivers knows about it. The most shocking moment for me was, there was a Traffic control post just 100 mts. from the memorial, two police men were there and even they were unable to tell about it. Totally ashamed. But than Google came for help. The memorial is under control of Army, well adorned and well disciplined. Enjoy the pics. And visit once you go to Ranchi.
