There is parking space in the basement of the building. You need to reach 15 minutes before your Allotted time as there. There is no sitting arrangements outside the office.process is similar to other passport offices. There are four counter for registration on the first stage as you are allowed to enter..There you have to stand in line and wait for your turn. There they check your original documents with attached papers and alot a counter number for photo and finger print. Those going for reissue after expire or change of address need to carry aadhaar card as address proof. There is also facility for photo copy in the office. On the second stage there is sitting arrangements and LCD display of running token no. When your no comes you have to go to the slotted counter. After checking your documents they take your finger prints and photo. They give you a paid choice of small folder cover for your passport in leather .It costs Rs. 500 to 600 depending on your choice of colour and quality. Here again you are Alloted a next counter no. You move to next room. there is LCD display and you need to wait for your turn. This is final verification of papers by a senior employee. If everything found ok you aree relived and ask to go. This whole process takes 45 minutes to one hour if all papers are ok.

Not sure why this place is short listed for such a critical Service.Pathetic Infrastructure. Once you enter you need to stand in a hall - No AC No seating arrangement (hardly few chairs in corner) No Display board - No Counter No speaker system - to announce - which slot they are running . It’s your problem that you need passport you don’t have any option . Jai Gaziabad …Zila Gaziabaad.

Clean area and the building.. Well organised counters for appointment & verification with proper sitting area.. Washroom is also available at the end on the ground floor.. Can be reached easily from Kaushambi or Vaishali metro station...riksha will take about Rs20.. Few xerox/print shops are also available near the main gate...but they charge costly... Simple xerox/print from pendrive costs Rs10... So its better to carry all xerox/print from home...

You can reach here from metro as well like kaushambi metro, vaishali metro station. Nearest metro station is kaushambi metro station. This place has ample parking . There is a single queue for both men and women to enter the place from where process starts, and there is no sitting arrangements. But after entry, process is quick, for me there was no long queue outside also. There is a seperate counter for senior citizens, infant, tatkaal passport applicants. It will take around 30-40 mins depending on your application like documents are fine, any new thing required etc * Photocopy shop is present inside as well as on ground floor of mall as well . * Outside mall there are also photocopy and photography shops are present. * washrooms are available on ground floor of mall * Inside waiting area, CCD counter is present from where you can grab coffee and other munchies.

Very crowded places & the security & officials in reception are not so helpful. There is no arrangement for the co-applicants to take rest or no/few seat availability of the co-applicants. Overall not a satisfactory experience during entering into PSK Ghaziabad.

I wish there were a zero-star rating option available because the experience of having your passport verified at this office is incredibly unfortunate. The office is extremely inadequate and overcrowded, with no seating available. You're forced to stand outside in uncomfortable, hot, and dimly lit conditions. The officers working there display a high level of egoism, are uncooperative, and exhibit arrogance. It's highly required that they receive education on treating people with respect as soon as possible. The APO was very disrespectful and he really misbehaved with my mother, bringing her down to tears. Even the subsequent police verification process was abysmal. The police officers shamelessly demand bribes without hesitation, and if you refuse, they ensure that your file does not get cleared. They insist on conducting the verification at your home instead of the police station, not out of generosity but to make it easier to demand bribes. This way, they avoid any potential evidence that might be gathered if they were to ask for bribes in a public police station. It's disheartening to witness how these unethical government servants wield unquestionable power, while they continue to receive their salaries from the hard-earned money of taxpayers, and we, the citizens, keep getting exploitation. We don't even posses the transparent system to file complaints or seek justice against their misconduct.

Their service is good and fast as compared to earlier. There's no rush over here. Security and other staff are Very helpful over here. If your documents are complete, there will be no issue in making tha passport. Just keep in mind you should reach over here on your appointment time. Hope this review helped you.

Worst experience ever. The sarkari babus are still working with the same ethics of 1990s, where no work was done. Typically sarkari style inefficient and incompetent employees. The babus are rude as if they are feeding our families. Pathetic!

Server is down today.(25th july 2022). Whoever is having appointment today, don't come to PSK and reschedule your appointment.

It's on the ground floor and has negligible waiting area seats for any person with the applicant. Note: only applicant is allowed inside. The passport work flow has improved in general so it took a 15 min waiting outside from the appointment time and after entry inside it took 45 mins for a Tatkal renewal applicant. There is ample parking in this premise but paid. There is a small restaurant serving basic snacks such as patties and sandwiches and also tea and cold drinks. There is also a fresh juice shack inside. One star less for the really uncomfortable waiting arrangements outside. At least put some floor fans or coolers or seats.

Very good management of queue, tasks, amd people. Polite staff that knows what they are doing. Impressive operations. Wheelchair accessible parking and lifts. Food is available outside and inside the office on payment basis. Ample seating space outside and inside for those who wait. Ample paid parking (50/- as of Nov 2021) is available in the basement. Passport office is on first floor so one can take stairs, as the lift is a bit slow. No traffic jams on the road outside but expect some crawling traffic enroute the office. So, plan with an extra 15-20 min. in hands, preferably more.

There is no proper service if any failure happens. 22 November 2022 appointments were cancelled due to server failure. Only a chit was pasted there, and asked to reschedule the appointment. Already they are taking 2 months to give appointment. If the failure happened then it is the responsibility of the PSK to handle it, they asked to reschedule the appointment and it is taking another 2 months. There is no accountability for this problem faced by us. And if you do a customer care call no solution will be provided, they will keep you on hold and then hang up the phone.

Very good and supportive staff members. If you forget any documents they will guide you. They are also very fair in all processes. It doesn't matter for them who you are and from where you are from. No sources are entertained first come first serve process.

Worst experience. TCS guys are good but government workers are arrogant. They think they are boss. I will not include all workers. I interacted with 2-3 workers and they are behaving like we are their servant. I quote one of the government worker "I will not do your work. Go to home."

The PSK is located inside the mall, which is in a dilapidated condition (and has been like this for the past few years now). There is basement parking, which is just as bad. Washroom facilities can be found in the ground floor ( same floor as the PSK) , these are fairly clean. There is also a canteen/cafe just outside the PSK, they serve tea, coffee and some light snacks

The ventilation in the hall is poor, you'll drench in sweat, so I don't recommend you to reach 1-2 hours before your reporting time. Coming to the management, it's super organized, the queues are well managed, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There's a separate queue for tatkal applicants inside, and there are counters + display screens which keep you updated about your turn. Overall, it's a great place.

Neat & Clean Swift and organised!! Carry both original documents (AADHAR , PAN, DL, Passport or another ID proof) that you have and photocopy of documents including latest passport, that you have mentioned while filing the form. There is a photocopy shop inside the premises of PSK, but still carry your photocopy of documents while coming to the appointment for your application. What happens when you go for re-issue/renewal of passport. 1. Join the queue, you will show the SMS for slot booking that you may have received on filling the online application. 2. There they will ask for the original and photocopy of the documents mentioned in your application. 3. They will allot a token number to you and mention it on your documents. 4. Move to the waiting area and wait for your Token number to appear on screen along with a Desk number to which you will report 5. Once your token number is displayed on screen with a alloted desk number. Proceed to that desk. 6. On that desk they will open your application that you had filled online and verify yeh details along with originals and the current passport that you are holding. 7. Post all necessary checks are done the officers on desk will guide you for a photograph and click it then and there itself. (If you wear glasses you have to get clicked without them). 8. Post that your finger & thumb prints will be scanned for both right and left hands like in Aadhar Card. 9. The officer at the desk will complete the application and click print and share with you that copy along with the photocopy of identity and residence proof that you have already submitted. 10. No you move to another waiting area and with for your token to appear on screen with another desk number. 11. Once your token number appears on screen with the desk number. Go to that desk and show them the application form which was given to you by the previous officer. He will check your current passport and may aks some random questions like where you live or work !! 12. Once his checking is done he will stamp your passport ( mine was expired and reissue case) and you are done.

Seamless operations , Good location with proper parking and other facilities Please keep your original documents and Xerox with you as Xerox and printout charges are very high inside the permise l

There is outer queue as per your time of appointment. Once you are in, a monitor displays your token number. Staff was decent considering the fact that they have to do public dealing every single day. There is a coffee shop inside first entry. Paid parking available. Photocopy shop inside passport office available.

The location and process is fine...but their is a senior official who was very rude while addressing something regarding the passport after that the police verification is also not good may be because we didn't gave the bribe that's why...after that the file went to rpo office...for which we take appointment which takes several days...and finally at rpo office, the person suggested to close the file due to some common error of address which I think can be neglected...but he said he ll send the file to police verification and if he ll reject it again than the passport ll be not be applied for 5 years....looks like applying for an infant passport is really tough ...it takes money...several months and effort. Now have to start all over again.

Pathetic services. Doesn't deserve even one star. The officers are ill-informed and mannerless. They are hardly on their chairs and making people wait despite tatkaal appointments. APO is the worst - he is rude, demeaning and refer every case to RPO. Doesn't give you a chance to speak. Wish I never went there. My file is stuck - all thanks to the typical 'sarkari' attitude.

Although the staff behaviour is overall ok and processing is good... But there is open loot at the photocopy counter Printed rate on the counter says Rs 1 per page but the guy in counter takes Rs 2 for every page. When asked why he says that is old rate but this is going on from last one year and no one is ready to change the print rate on counter or fix this issue. I feel this is cheating and open loot by officials

There is a frequent server issue at this place. Because of this people have to wait for hours. Good thing is, maximum staff members are polite, few are definitely a bit rude. I got a good response on my follow-up questions, even when I was at fault. Appreciate this.

Not sure who will be responsible to manage but from entry and until you go inside its just a piece of mess. Open hall is so hot, govt charging enough money can put few fans or water coolers to make a good atmosphere. Application guidelines vs over counter people understanding is totally different.
