How to join customer care service. One sms in my number and I call that number to send our resume in whatsapp. And I send my resume whatsapp and no reply.

Vi office is situated in a calm and quite area in perungudi, yet its inside the city.. easily accessible to restaurants shops and railway station

Nice place to work. They offer lunch for all the people who attend interviews. Very big office and well furnished. After Vodafone acquired idea the signal issue in tamilnadu for idea is reduced. Overall a good place to improve or career.

Accompanied a friend to this building and was relaxing in the reception area. The AC was mild but the parking is not at all good as there is no shed!

Best Operator till date...

This is a four storey building with two wheeler and four wheeler parking in ground floor. Limited parking spaces available. Visitors need to park vehicles outside. Reception people can speak Tamil, English and Hindi. You can also reach to this place from backside gate of OMR food street.

Excellent support from this VI customer support office .Thank you for Vi Team. Have faced Vi my number activation problem more than 20 days , but after visit this office with in one day it got resolved.. Thanks a lot for Ragu sir and team.

Idea telephone services earlier and now merged with Vodafone services. Good place to work. Nice environment.

Too Huge rooms available and very comfortable to work. there I met some staffs are very friendly to Overcome my requirements. They Spoke Voluntier to new arrivals and commit to shortout. And the location was very pleasant .infra too good at inside

Service provider Illakiya and stephen he is words or bad.... This branch person words are two correct.... I will pay my pending amt.... But she told activated within half our.... Still now not not activate....

Idea service is the worst service ever. When applied for wifi connection, the service was delayed & took nearly 2 weeks for getting the connection. Had slow network. So raised a complaint. No proper response & was not rectified. I requested for disconnection. They said that the connection will be deactivated but then the connection was retained from their side & bills r being generated. When asked for cancellation number, they r not providing any required information for the confirmation of cancel request. Worst ever experience with idea anna nagar & perungudi office. Infra of the building is not that important for a customer than the service. Loosing peace of mind because of this worst network & the staffs.

The only company where if complain is lodge for network issue, suggestion comes as such 'Your mobile not good our network good" The only company where CC guy calls up customer and SHOUTS for color photocopy as proof. I believe they are black & white color blind and qualified representatives in showing rudeness. Oh wait!! aren't they aware original ECI identity card is actually black & white in color?
