One of my friend got selected in campus placement and she has adviced to wait for their call but she only received few verfication emails only. Atlast waiting for more than 3 months,she got an email that she is not eligible for the job. But they have selceted her for the job in campus but how come they can reject her. It is a worst behaviour from the top most leading firm. This is realy disgusting among every freshers. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Recently i have participated in their interview . But my bad i am not selected the entire process carried by them is good. Made us feel comfortable to attend the interview. They are mostly recruiting for the process of procurement role. And only night shifts are available if you are okay for night shift they apply in this company.

I have joined as fresher in 2016 in flex career started well. I am very have to be the part of flex company. Good facility , Friendly work Environment.

The worst team in this company is Costing (FBP) Team and it's management especially during 2013. A caution: Never ever have ideas to apply loan by thinking that your employment in this team will be safe. Because that management people are revenge taking psychic nature crowd as they will show their cruelty at anytime once they decide to fire anybody's employment for no reason. Even today in 2022, got this worst feedback from tenured years of service employees as this team management is more worst than 2013. If you are a good sycophant for anyone then your can stay there losing your dignity every moment.
