This is main passport office but the condition of this building is very worst. A big problem is no parking area is alotted for the passport office users. And a main issue is no restaurants nearby area. So, people from distance places bring food also. Inside the passport office is clean. Restrooms well maintained. But the system of office still like olden days. I suggest to passport authority better to move a good area.

I don't know how many of them noticed here.. First thing here is Partiality, they treat the persons based on where they come from? Rural people's are treated so bad ...if any higher official visits for any work, they are treated like a king... Secondly, This TCS guys, they think we are not educated, for instance every token backside there are reviewing opinion from customers..I think 99% failed to fill that. In my case when I passed A counter, they filled everything including my signature ....Also, they force many people to buy the passport cover including my father... Finally, very worst behaviour from security to end .. very bad experience however I have to go again though I am not allowed anyothany RPO ... hoping some things will change soon..

Please remove your telephone number. Because no one pick-up the call. You are not response to people quires. Trichy RPO totally waste. Definitely I am not giving 1 star also.

The people working there are super friendly and will treat you good. Got my passport verification there. It took less than 3 hours. They do their work like no other can do it better than them. Everyone knows what they are doing and all you need to do is follow their instructions. Got my passport in far less time.

Quick and easy. If you're applying for the first time, take your class 10/12 marksheet along with aadhar or voter ID card. Hospitable staff. Easy and proper.

Very professional people. I was there for a review of my documents today. Booked an appointment and it was properly followed. The officer who did the verification was very courteous and efficient! Kudos to The Ministry of External Affairs!

Worst Behaviour of the security (black in colour).... Behaviour like a rowdy.....plz kick out the security...otherwise so many innocent people's get affected by him.....

The ASSISTANT PASSPORT OFFICER (APO) at Trichy as on DEC 2016 is one NOT OK person. If you have to meet him, be ready to be treated with NO RESPECT ! The way in which he talks to elders is with zero respect (may be he thinks kind of too much of himself). I think people in power like this should be mandated with 'basic manners' and 'basic respect' classes.

Sorry to giving up to my bad comments here. It's very worst passport service here. Bad customer service.. I was waited more then 5 hours not giving to me good reasons . This is my last passport renewal here .. it's not going to happen again . Please try to make it happy to people.. they're sitting with air cooler and a/c room and talking to on the phone .. not working at fastest time. Bad customer series Old officers Not faster worker Talking very rudely Not giving up good reasons I'm little happy with security officers. He is talking to everyone Nicely. Not at all great offers.. making money for family's numbers. Not giving to good customer service to our people.... 🙏🙏
