Very poor tailoring efforts made by the Branch... They have a stupid concept of not accepting material taken from other raymond showrooms.... This shows a clear lack of transparency and lack of responsibility from the brand of RAYMOND... very bad of the JENNE PLAZA branch... I hope the people concerned take appropriate measures and reduce the inconvenience created....

One of the best Raymond show room in Trichy. It is located at Jenny Plazza complex that is opposite to St. Paul's Complex.

Collections are good but looks like the only aim of sales person is not to sell or customers should not come to their showroom. They are reluctant to show products. They have reasons and excuses for all customer queries. Therefore I suggest that entire sales team should undergo a serious training on customer handling and customer centricity.

Shops show is very dim.... to be make more spacious-look by keeping the textile and apperals in such a way....

Tailoring is good, but if you want to alter the tailored suit aftr stitching they will make the suit very tight, I don't know they are doing this wantedly. Experienced the same .
