Wildlife Institute of India (WII), located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, is an internationally acclaimed institution that offers academic courses and training programs in wildlife research and management.. The campus is 180 acre's, from which 100 acre's is in wilderness and 80 acre's is operational facilities. It is close to Rajaji National Park. WII offers M. Sc programs, PG diploma programs, and Certificate courses in Wildlife Management. The campus is huge and pretty. There is badminton and tennis court, a gym and a small forest inside the campus. The rooms in old and new hostel are spacious, clean and have all amenities. We stayed here for a week in May, one of the hottest month and not for a single day we felt like we needed AC or cooler. It was just so cool in here.
