We recently moved to our new office in iThum tower IT park. It’s very close to NH24, and upcoming Metro station. There is plenty of space to walk or run around. Ever since Bikanerwala has moved to this place, lunch has been very easy. There are other food options too.

Amazing place also have parking facilities and other facilities.

parking is not free, the maintenance team is worse and abusive, never pay salary to their staff and if the staff work other company then they never enter them in the building. no contact to senior one, no one response. food quality is worse, building quality is worse, lifts are worse, toilets are worse, i am sure if you visit there toilets you will never use again, whole building is smelling out, building guards are rude like they are owner of the building, so never use this building for your own office, we have 6 offices in this building and our 10 tenant leve it because of these issues.

It is a business park with parking facility and in b block of ithum tower Bikanerwala is the major attraction. Outside of ithum tower smokers goes to tapra point for smoking local food vendors are there to serve professional. you can easily get food there like Poha, chai, paratha, Maggi etc.

Very nice location & beautiful building for office spaces located near upcoming Metro station...lots of open area , proper safe paid parking... In few months/years from now rates of this building would multiply due to its multiple facilities for offices smooth operations.

Updated (17th Oct'22) Fraud company(Neevarch Interior) and management. I would suggest not to hire them. They(Karuna Kumar and Nibha Thakur) are not returning advance payment of 2 lac rupee which I made and even not answering my call. I have initiated legal action against them. Please avoid them.

Nice tower. Have around 11 floors and more than 50+ offices. Parking is also great. There are reputed restraunts in the ground floor like barista, bikanerwala and much many. I went there for the redhat training ..

I had recently hired them for my residence. Apart from being small space available they created excellent options for storage. They are expert and professional.
