Superb ambience and peaceful environment, it gives a coziness feel. Ritik was a really nice host. And the other people are also very professional. The cigar roll was new for me. I tried it for the very first time, and when it came to our table, I was guessing it might be something like normal Spring rolls, but when I tasted it, it was really delectable; the stuffing was literally yum. Other items were also good. I love this place.. 👍🌸

I visited the place with my kids and there was a living cockroach in the food. The staff was not supportive after making a complaint for the same. The higine is not maintained for the food. I feel the place is not safe for whom they care about their health.

Table size very small can't put 2 plates once. Food is pathetic. Dineout pay not allowed that show cheapness of any bar or restaurant. View is blocked by a large beam. Over all don't go there, price is high and service is worst. Don't waste your money. Worst place I ever visit

Honest Reviews: Hi everyone, I was one of the regular customer of this cafe. Although their food was not much good but their services were satisfactory and it was near my home. But now things are changed and this comes out to be the worst place. Reasons: 1) There food quality is literally bad and and degraded. They will tell you that they follow the sanjeev kapoor recipies but I m sure that Sanjeev Kapoor will be ashamed after eating their food. 2) They are mentioned in dineout but when you will try to pay via dinout they will deny. If you argue they will split the bills in two parts i) liquor and ii) Food and tell you that you can only pay food bills from dineout. 3) Their staff will never hesitate to misbehave with you even if you are decent and accompanied with your family. Their staff may misbehave with ladies also. Do you think it will be worth to spend your hard-earned money at such place? Please be careful. Hit like if you this happened with you also.

I went there based on the reviews I read and I must say I was very delighted with the ambience and service especially by Ritik. The food taste and quality were definitely top notch especially the cigar rolls and stuffed mushroom. Live music is also available in the cafe at night time. Will definitely recommend this place.

This place is located in Gaur city mall, 3rd floor. Service and ambience is good, music selection is also good. You can book by ZOMATO also, but payment of drinks would not be applicable by ZOMATO pro, I’m not very sure if that’s the case always or not. I would definitely recommend this place to visit at least once. Staff is very polite and service is awesome.

Mr. Dharampal has made our stay extremely wonderful. With MRP on beer price. Really enjoyed being here. Do visit this wonderful place folks. The deal was on weekend.

Such bad ambience with rude staff. They are useless piece of non professionals in hospitality industries. Food was stale and nobody cared to serve you. They are having monopoly being single retro bar in the mall as smoke factory is closed. I don't thing there were any second time visitor. Management should take care of staff to avoid garden Galleria kind of incidents as staff were hupsy with no friendly vibes. Must ignore this place particularly when going with family. Such waste of time and money.

The vibe and THE SERVICE are on next level, it is little bit expensive but waiter made sure we were comfortable The love music was also great, food was delicious. Awesome place with vibe of a club as well as a bar with enough seating to relax and jump on the dance floor again. A little on the expensive side for the food. Saturday's are ladies night, you get a complimentary drink. Better make a reservation if visiting as a group.

Nice Cafe, Beautiful lightings,Good quality of fast food drinks was also good. Most importantly the DJ guy was too good he played very nice nice songs and also he haven't make anyone bore in between songs he used to say things for entertainment which is good. Superb 👌

Really liked this place! Weekends are full of crowd, with live performances and afterwards DJ. Not just the ambience, the food was also delicious. Their fish preparations are must try! Pastas and pizzas were also good. What I really didnt like is the outdoors ambience for smokers. They have dumped everything in the outdoor places and people have to stand at that untidy place for their smokings. Rest all good! Service persona are doing tremendous job. Very quick and polite!

Pathetic food...will never visit this place again!....Unprofessional management...They will not allow u to sit on a table of 6 if u are 4, even if the cafe is empty. The guy warned us "Beth jao per ager 6ka group aaya to uthna padega"!...he insisted us to sit on a very uncomfortable seat!!....then came the food ....and believe me it was terrible!!....we ordered veg lasange...what was there just few strips of pasta and loads of veg chunks....no sauce ...no cheese....the snack platter was another disaster...falafel was too dry and hard...so called paneer tikka was not grilled and had no spice.....onion rings were just like pakoras.... They did not even serve dips with it...and only served it after repeated ask.....They were not ready to accept the the food is not upto the mark...and said aise hi Banta h!

Awesome place to dine out with beer @ print rate( MRP) . But offers only two brands Budweiser and beera. The food was awesome i ordered a non veg platter which included chicken , mutton , fish and kababs . Kebab is damn tasty , I have never had it . Every piece was tasty. Service was also good. The ambience was good too. Overall a big thumbs up to black.

Being located in Gaur city Mall, I presumed that it would be an eye catching place however I was disappointed with 1) Overall service- Staff was not proactive to attend the guest. They didn’t even served water unless we requested. The staff never refilled the order by themselves, all the time we were just staring for staff to show-up so that we can ask them for needful. 2) While taking order staff wasn’t aware to help with menu, the staff clearly lacked knowledge of menu . Unfortunately witnessing yesterday’s experience I would not recommend this place. You can consider it as an average place if you wish to plan a few hours.

The worst place to enjoy your weekend. Extremely Below Average place and below Average food, too loud music, Literally had headache with such loud live music. Don’t know from where they picked up such a cheap live Performer who doesn’t even know how to sing. On Zomato, their rating is 4+ which seems fake. Would never visit this place again.

Ambience: Restaurant holds a lot of space but not nicely decorated ambience (just the entry point) Lights are ok ok Dinner: food was good Italian, Chinese basics and north indian. mocktails were not upto standard. Cocktails: they offered complimentary drinks to all ladies in group at the time of billing-- strong cocktail post dinner (bad experience)

It was my birthday and they denied to play one song and started to misbehave with my friends when they wanted to talk to them , food is pathetic and service is very very bad. Staff is extremely rude.
