This place will be closed by 5:30. You have to collect ticket which costs 10 bucks for adults. The view at top is spectacular, half side covered with water and other half by green. It's a must visit place in mangalore I would say.

This lights house is located between tadambail and nitk college. It is open 9:30 to 5:30 pm.view from the light house is awesome and the beach along the coast is really serene beauty and with boulder. It's a treat to watch the sunset from the light house or from the boulders nee the beach. This beach is very clean and safe and u will see lot of people come to watch the sunset and enjoy the sea waves. Also Sri sadashiva Temple is right near the beach. One should visit this beach.

Breathtaking views from this light house on the Arabian coast due to the allowance of the climb on to the tower of the light house here. Combination of Science and Tourism. Totally worth the cost of Rs 20 per person by the Ministry of shipping. Their staff is also pretty supportive and guide. One can also the greenery along the cost line along with NIT Surathkal hostels and main admin building.

Best place to visit in Udupi..take national highway road ,bad road for car from NITK beach to lighthouse. View from here is breath taking and mesmerizing from top of lighthouse...u have to take 8 floor slippery stairs in rain ,,so be slow while going up or coming down.

They let you climb to the top for a small price. You get a good bird's eye view of the Panambur breakwaters, the greenery around, and the blue waters.

An old eye catching lighthouse of India which was built post independent. Definitely spend time after the sunset to get the 360 degree moving light view from the lighthouse. The beam of light goes far beyond the Arabian Sea which is unique.
