    This is my home in goa . Has been my holiday home since 25 years now . The society can be a big dead at times but there are many happening places nearby . It’s located in a prime location , beach is nearby and hotels are also close-by. You will definitely need a vehicle if you live here because public transport sucks and you mite end up waiting 30-40 mins for a taxi . Also margao market is close by so it’s convenient + Osia cinema multiplex for all those who love to watch movies .

    After felling of trees and after leaving the expanded road untarred on the main Colva road, the residences are left very dusty.

    It's a nice place to live, surrounded by green fields from all sides, situated at main Colva Road, equi distance to beach and Margao city

    Building along the margao colva road, commercial shop are road facing and have three floors of residential apartments.
