    It was a Sunday evening. Time was around 6pm. I was traveling from Hyderabad and suddenly I heard some sound, coming from the right rear wheel of my car. I was somewhere near Asansol that time and was on my way to Kolkata. I immediately searched for an ASC nearby and found Renault Asansol which was luckily open that time. I went there but all the technicians were gone coz it was Sunday and showroom was almost closed. But only 3 members were there. I reached out to them and told them about my issue. Then SE Pooja came to me, she inquired about my issue, heard it patiently and asked me to wait for few minutes. She spoke with one of their technicians right in front of me who was already on his way to home and asked him to come back to have a look. I waited for another 5mins and then the technician arrived. He took a test drive of my car, identified the issue, took my car to the work area and fixed the issue. It came out to be a small issue with the bolts. He just tightened it and am all set. Now why this long story for this small issue, right?? Answer is to tell you the true meaning of "Customer Service" which Pooja has shown. It could be easy for her to say that technicians are unavailable and we couldn't do anything now and please come tomorrow. But she didn't do that. She took an extra step and made sure that One Renault Customer won't leave unsatisfied. I would like to thank Pooja and the technician. They both did a tremendous 👏 work. Renault Asansol you are lucky to have them both in your team. Keep up the good work guys. Am really happy with the service.

    As per behaviour is conserned each and every staff is very polite as well as friendly & as per price is concerned I think Renault provide best value for money. At the same time I don't recommended any customer to take extra accesories from them as they are very costly (which is common for all brands) rather one should buy accesories frm outside shops they provide much better deal.

    The service was good but the cost was pretty high !!!please be careful when you visit the showroom and ask for labour charges before hand!

    We went to Siuri service centre, which is supported by Asansole. We want to have a dedicated service center with all facilities at Siuri location.... As number of Renault car at Siuri is also increasing day by day Else For a small fix we had to go to Asansole which is difficult.

    Only workshop for estimation and clam related issues you have to go to Durgapur better visit Durgapur.

    Nice service centre , but you must always be alert in service centres , it all depends on the person working on your vehicle, the person doing servising this time is good but I have had bad experience as well where my AC vent was broken , but the higher management is very cooperative .

    They are excellent interms of service. Staffs are skilled and well equipped. The major disadvantage is that they don't have dedicated Body Shop in case of denting/Painting and you need to rely on Durgapur Renault. I have been bringing my car from Kolkata since past 2 years and they have taken care of each details minorly. The only section I don't like about them their Computer machines does not work on real time and you need to wait for your invoice for more than 2 days or so.

    Firstly, it came to my attention that the service manager was aware of certain lingering problems with my car following the service, yet these issues were overlooked or not adequately addressed. Initially, I was informed that one of the problems would require more than a day to resolve, and I was asked to return on another day for the fix. However, when I expressed my dissatisfaction and pressed for a resolution, only then did your team attempt to address the problem. This raised concerns about the thoroughness and attention to detail in the overall service process. Additionally, I must mention that I found the charges for the services to be excessively high. Considering the issues encountered and the fact that multiple attempts were made to resolve them, the overall cost felt disproportionate and did not align with the quality of service provided. Moreover, during my interactions with the service manager, I sensed a deliberate attempt to convince me that the car was in satisfactory condition, despite their awareness that it was not 100% okay. This tactic only served to undermine my trust in your service and left me feeling disappointed with the overall experience. I believe it is crucial for a service provider to maintain transparency, professionalism, and a commitment to resolving customer concerns. I hope that you take my feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to hearing from you regarding any steps taken to address these concerns.
