Firstly,
it
came
to
my
attention
that
the
service
manager
was
aware
of
certain
lingering
problems
with
my
car
following
the
service,
yet
these
issues
were
overlooked
or
not
adequately
addressed.
Initially,
I
was
informed
that
one
of
the
problems
would
require
more
than
a
day
to
resolve,
and
I
was
asked
to
return
on
another
day
for
the
fix.
However,
when
I
expressed
my
dissatisfaction
and
pressed
for
a
resolution,
only
then
did
your
team
attempt
to
address
the
problem.
This
raised
concerns
about
the
thoroughness
and
attention
to
detail
in
the
overall
service
process.
Additionally,
I
must
mention
that
I
found
the
charges
for
the
services
to
be
excessively
high.
Considering
the
issues
encountered
and
the
fact
that
multiple
attempts
were
made
to
resolve
them,
the
overall
cost
felt
disproportionate
and
did
not
align
with
the
quality
of
service
provided.
Moreover,
during
my
interactions
with
the
service
manager,
I
sensed
a
deliberate
attempt
to
convince
me
that
the
car
was
in
satisfactory
condition,
despite
their
awareness
that
it
was
not
100%
okay.
This
tactic
only
served
to
undermine
my
trust
in
your
service
and
left
me
feeling
disappointed
with
the
overall
experience.
I
believe
it
is
crucial
for
a
service
provider
to
maintain
transparency,
professionalism,
and
a
commitment
to
resolving
customer
concerns.
I
hope
that
you
take
my

consideration
and
make
the
necessary
improvements
to
ensure
a
more
satisfactory
experience
for
future
customers.
