Very
poor
service
from
the
this
company.
In
October
2019,
we
started
our
gym
and
bought
all
our
equipments
from
Axcel.
We
made
50k
downpayment
and
remaining
payment
of
10
lakhs
in
a
single
payment
on
21
October
2019
when
the
machines
arrived.
Note
that
delivery
was
delayed
as
well.
The
machines
arrived
and
they
fitted
all
the
equipments
and
we
started
operating
from
10
November
2019.
They
informed
us
that
they
provide
1
year
free
servicing
and
did
provide
servicing
for
Dec
2019,
Jan
2020
and
Feb
2020.
Around
12
Mar
2020,
due
to
Covid
the
gym
had
to
be
closed
and
no
servicing
was
done.
We
ceased
operations
on
10
August
2020
and
had
to
call
them
multiple
times
to
come
for
servicing
and
come
down
on
Sept,
Oct
&
Nov
2020
for
servicing.
Subsequently,
there
was
physical
servicing
done
but
they
just
got
acknowledgement
that
servicing
was
done
for
their
records.
Excel
Equipments
did
not
keep
up
their
machines
servicing
as
per
their
after
sales
policy.
Though
their
machines
are
good
quality,
we
were
constantly
receiving
complains
to
some
heavy
used
machines
like
the
treadmills,
EFX
and
Cycles.
Being
used
frequently,
they
should
have
known
that
servicing
is
very
crucial
for
these
machines.
Upon
purchase,
they
had
promised
us
that
they
will
not
supply
equipmets
to
any
gym
within
3
km
radius
from
ours.
However,
one
of
our
ex
staff
started
a
new
gym
in
the
same
vicinity
and
they
had
supplied
the
equipments
for
him
too.
This
is
highly
unprofessional
and
unethical
and
a
betrayal
to
the
customers
trust.
Everytime
we
call
them
for
servicing
after
Jan
2021,
there
is
bound
to
be
trouble
and
issues.
At
peak
of
our
frustration,
we
walked
in
to
the
Trichy
showroom
and
spoke
to
one
of
the
directors
who
promised
us
that
all
issues
would
be
solved
with
a
date
in
Sept
2021.
We
had
a
balance
payment
of
5000
rps
and
he
told
us
that
we
can
hold
the
payment
until
all
issues
have
been
resolved.
But
till
this
date,
for
more
than
2
years,
nothing
has
been
done
and
only
keep
emphasising
on
the
balance
payment.
Keep
in
mind
that
the
director
was
the
one
who
told
us
to
hold
the
payment
till
all
issues
are
solved,
and
he
said
this
in
front
of
his
staff
too.
When
we
approach
the
Trichy
showroom,
the
staff
's
the
most
rudest
and
unprofessional
person
in
the
customer
service
industry.
Very
lethargic
and
rude
to
his
customer
and
very
money
minded.
Does
not
take
a
single
effort
to
rectify
the
customer's
feedback.
They
dont
even
a
pick
up
vehicle
for
the
machines
that
needs
servicing
and
expects
the
customers
to
provide
the
transportation.
We
were
ready
to
provide
it
and
still
no
actions
from
them.
Next
we
spoke
to
the
service
manager
Mangalraj.
Initially
he
listened
to
all
our
issues
and
ended
supporting
his
staff
instead
of
assisting
the
customer.
He
went
to
the
next
level
to
even
threaten
us
and
told
us
to
do
whatever
we
can
and
he
has
his
ways
to
handle
it.
We
have
all
the
bills
and
phone
call
records
on
the
conversations
as
proof
to
show
the
awful
customer
service
and
unprofessionalism
of
service
manager
(Mangal
Raj),
Trichy
Showroom
staff
and
many
others.
We
strongly
urge
for
all
to
not
buy
any
equipment's
from
Excel.
Even
after
telling
them
that
I
have
medical
conditions
and
cant
travel
to
and
from
to
their
showroom,
all
they
gave
back
was
stress
and
worsen
conditions
of
my
health.
