Neat and clean . Day wise specific doctors are available. Doctors are friendly (generally) and well specialists. Rooms are equipped with AC and attached washroom . For IITians it’s free . Visitors can visit till 8 o’clock night . Sometimes appolo pharmacy persons ask money for some medicines , if you get strict then they will provide it free too. ( so tell them that you will report about asking money, because for some costly medicines they try to get money without bill , but if you will argue they will have to provide . I have faced this problem 2-3 times .

A nicely organised hospital for IIT people. It's small but considering the number of people for whom it is made, is big enough. A large number of facilities are available. Wards( 12 rooms), OPD, OT, labs are good.

It is a primary care hospital with out patient services and inpatient services. Also 7* 24 hours of emergency services available with ambulance and laboratory department. Well trained doctors and nurses with other health care workers are always ready to take care of the patients. Every month vaccination camp performed in the hospital premises for childrens and students. Visiting consultants from different specialists are engaged to take care of the patients, those who are admitted in institute hospital and their further op reviews. Some of the minor surgeries were performed here. Hospital and staff members who were working here performed very well during lockdown and continues to serve sick people inside the campus till date. At present march 2021 covid vaccination camp is going on in the institute hospital.

If you are a student or scholar then before showing your problems or illness to doctor, take your profile kept in the store which is present at the front, if you enter then it will be on your right side. After signing on the registeration just sit on the bench and show your problems. The doctors are bonhomie. After showing them you will get prescription. You have to give orginal prescription to the pharmacy. You can take copy and bring the medicines to your abode.

Facilities are good and hospital is cleanly maintained. But they lack the basic trait of caring for the patient. Had to wait for an hour many times just for a wound dressing. Some staff members question the patient unnecessarily and make them wait long. I've been a student of the institute for 4 years and this is my honest experience.

Fed-up here. Partiality culture plays very well even with the doctors and nurses among humans who are temporary resident. The present culture should change in this hospital.
