The first thing is their response to negative comments in Google, if some customers are not happy, train yourself how to make customer happy. Second ,the price, now a days people are more interested to keep pet of wierd animal. That's why the owner is not mannered to customer. So the price is too high in this shop, saying quality, clean blah blah blah. If you are doing business, first make all customers happy, Third, I had asked them in WhatsApp about a bird, and price, no response since one year. Advice to owner, bro cool, put down your ego, and first learn how to do business.

We bought two cockatiels here , Both of them are tamed, cuddly and very friendly as well as healthy. But comparing with other local exotic pet shop , the pets sold here are costlier but the reason we bought here was that their health condition and quality of accessories are better than most of the shops. The One Star which i didn't give was because of the Price but from other factors this shop is the best and the owner has a lot of knowledge on pets care.

Tamed pets is a very good destination for buying tamed birds. The owner of this shop is highly professional in answering your queries. For a fresher it's the best place. I got a pair of tamed cockatiel and they are doing wonderful. Now I have placed an order for cockatoo and looking forward for the best. I decided to order through him as his service is very good. The perfect place.

Couldn't find another star, else I would have rated Tamed Pets 6 out of 5... I still remember the first time I called Vijay to find out which bird will suit my requirement. I had a fantastic conversation with him when I reached his store. He provided every single information anyone would need to know before picking up any of the birds.. his knowledge on birds is impeccable. The love for birds he has can be felt every time you interact with him... He seemed pricey but that comes with quality you know... I picked up a couple of Sun conures... and then a Sulphur crested Cockatoo... I can't thank him enough to have gives us he best of birds who are now a part of our family... only I know the number of times I have called him and he has always been there to help me with all my stupid doubts... the best place to be if you are looking to get a bird into your family... btw I'm from bangalore and the hi fi birds stores there can never match to Tamed Pets simply because it's their business for the former and passion for the latter...!!!

Bought a sun conure from here. I like the shop a lot. The other guy(don’t knw his name but not vijay)was very kind and helped us to get the bird we liked with patience. Kudos.

Money Minded, No Customer Satisfaction, Business started with a motive to make money. I don't even wish to give a Single Star, but that's a Minimum Rating to be choosen to share my opinion or feedback. They stated that we should Pay an Advance Amount of 50000 just to see a Pic of a Bird. In addition to it please teach your Employees how to treat the Customers. You and your Employees need to be tamed first, before taming animals 😅😂🤣 Better get tamed soon!!

Tamed pets is the the best place where you can go and buy proper Tamed Exotic birds. Vijay gave me a cuckatoo chick almost 2 years ago. The cuckatoo has become a part of my family. The best part is how Mr Vijay (owner of Tamed Pets) treats the bird which he tames and how he provides after sales support.

Recently went to this shop,and was very disappointed by the way the staff was handling pets in the shop,surely I understood this shop has become just a commercial spot to get profit out of customers,prices are very high and quality wise also not satisfactory,if you genneuly want a member for your family I would certainly ask you to avoid this shop instead there are other pets shops where one can find better quality pets at reasonable prices... Not being a hater,just telling u what I felt In here...the staff is worst in here!

They didn't allow us to take picture of the pet that we are going to buy also to confirm with our frnds. And they waited till we deleted that photo and they even checked the recycle bin in our phone.

Tamed pets is a very good destination to buy pets. Bought a newzealand white rabbit here . Guys in the shop deals customers with patience and explains well . Have various collections of pets. Finally got a rabbit (Miffi) from here. Very satisfied.

Great place to explore pets, we have two yellow sided conure and they both are from tamed pets. They took great care like a baby during boarding and a great team of people who are there for every query and clarification. Interact with Purusothaman and he is the best buddy for both customers and pets, such a calm/patience and knowledgeable person. Overall a great place for pets and a great person who understands ur pets.

Great place! We got our two guinea pigs from here and regularly board them with the shop when we travel. All interactions are professional and pleasant. And staff treat the animals very well.

We have been visiting this place quite often.. and they take a real good care.. we have purchased cockatiel from here, they also guide as well on how to take care of the birds.. they do trimming of beak as well as the nails. Great place to get exotic pets.

Tamed pets is a very good destination to buy pets. I brought a cockateil from here 3 months back. Very good customer care and provided answers whenever I have queries regarding the bird.

I've got few cockatiels from here. I will suggest that they are the best in cockatiels. My grand children's are happy with them and they are enjoying the birds as their own sibling. I was happy to trust them and buy these birds from here. I will recommend them for the tamed birds and for a hassle free service.

Please don't buy anything from these guys They have literally the worst response and follow up in whole world We enquired regarding buying a pup And continously followed up with them over a week both msgs and daily calls The staff just keeps saying they will get back now or later and literally never does They keep promising to send videos of pup, or to call back in 15 min etc But NADA The only thing they want to know is how much you are capable of paying Highly unprofessional !!!!!!

We bought a lutino pair cocktails here before 3 months . We love them they are my daughter's close friends now . Earlier we thought that price was bit higher but we are satisfied that (zozo & tiya) was Healthy 🐥🐥

This place is specially for exotic birds like 🕊️,🐦, 🦜. You also get other pets like 🐈, 🐢, 🐹, 🐇, 🦎, etc. They also provide day care services for pets. Cost is high, but pets are kept clean and healthy. However, the place looked little cramped though.
