I was trying Frist time in my life lenova shoroom in palabakkam branch but am not so happy the way the explain to me their products. Some how I select one products then I ask them temper glass they said they don't have it and then shocking was they told me to buy it from rood side you will geted 50 rd or 60 rs that's was so dominating . I feel really upsad so be careful for everyone before entering in lenova palabakkam

On store experience is good and your device “issue will be resolved” for sure but the device post service will be will be with lot of scratches which was not before your service , am not sure whether it happened only with me coz i see lethargic handling of device by the technicians and i dint get a deduction from the centre as well all the max they can do is call the technicians teams and warn them. So better take a pic of your device completely and get assurance from the centre what will be the compensation if the device is delivered with scratches and dents

I can’t say enough about these yoga Lenovo. They’re excellent for personal use! Very satisfied with this purchase, they come with a bag and mouse and sturdy zip-up case and with their own charging cable. Aslam guided us throughout the purchase and explained everything in detail. The charge lasts a decent amount of time obviously depending on your usage but is well worth the buy! And the color is absolutely adorable!

I was recently purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad slimpro 5. I had Good service and best quality products provided at a minimum cost price. Till now I didn't get trouble with my laptop. I went to the Palavakkam Lenovo showroom merely to check the prices of laptops, and the salesman, Mr. Aravind, went into great detail about the laptops they offered as well as the best laptop that would suit us. Eventually, I  bought my lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 from them,  which looks classy and I'm happy to have  done  so. Particularly Mr. Aravind deserves praise for  his professional customer service style.
