Do not forgot that you are providing service and have to listen to customer first carefully for what they are asking. Shop open time given on net is 8 am but the person who attended call said its 9 am and if you place online order then there is no guarantee of time to deliver a parcel, it can reach any time till night 9 pm. And if you place order personally so will give you preference and deliver your order by 1 PM. What a great service.. wow 🤨 What's the use, if they can not fulfill the customer demand, unable to deliver order on given preferred timings???????? If they want that the cust should come to their shop and place order personally, then why online booking is on?????? Worst service, worst customer experience

Worst service ever. I ordered at 8.30 my order got confirmed and then at 10.30 they say they cannot deliver the order. And when I asked for my money back they said they will give me a gift certificate. Don’t ever trust them for timely orders.

Really great shop, ordered 2 cakes and flower baskets, delivered in time and with well presentation, ordered some tray decorations for delivery of breakfast had a great experience will recommend to family and friends🙏

Horrible experience! Placed an order for express delivery, instead of delivering they put my 3000 bucks order on hold without informing me and despite of so many attempts to call them, they don’t receive calls. Pathetic service and rude owner! This store needs to shut down!

They are not good at making customised cakes. Wasted my moment and money.

My sister and I visited the outlet for the very first time.I was just trying to take a snap and the shop owner shouted at me asking to not take any picture,for your information there wasn't any banner or a notice board mentioning that photography or videography isn't allowed. And then secondly my sister was exploring the products over there and while picking one of the glass vase it clinked,again this owner said in such a rude manner to stop looking for it and staff will show it around. We bought our bouquet and left the place. I don't think this is how one should be treating their customer. They need to improve their customer service.

They Commit to same day delivery and place orders but the product can only deliver there on an actual date
