    Had Very bad experience 2 times in this service center. Be careful before going this service center because after servicing i got small bubbles on the edge of my screen on right side when and on back glass colour came out and got scratches on camera glass n dust in side camera then when i visited service center again they said they also don't know and they asked for proof so before you give your phone for service in this center please please click pictures of your phone. No doubt they will give you fast service but if any thing wrong happens they also dont know what happened. This is my 2nd bad experience previously i was using s10e in that i did software update from kompally service center but they didn't not provide bill n they saud come afterwards for bill so i went again just for collecting bill i they took 20 to 30 minutes again just for printing bill. A humble request to Samsung users not to give your phone in this service center 🙏🏽

    USELESS PLACE for mobile service. They do not understand real problem and simply ask for replacement. In my case I had given my S10 plus which died after software update. They declined for warranty and insisted for replacement of mother board! Do not go to these cheats who do not know anything.

    Good service, efficient staff and same day delivery if minor repairs and for major repairs they will take one day or two days and original chargers and head phones also available. This service centre is located at Kompally near D mart

    Worst experience ever i had in my life. They don't even know how to treat the costumers, not even single qualified employee in this service center. I bought new Samsung screen for 3 months warranty and the next day i had an issue with the screen. I went to service center and asked them to rectify the problem and they denied saying that its my fault as i pressed the screen..do they mean i bought new screen just to put it in photo frame without using it..They don know how to fix the screen and will blame the customers.. if you would like to visit this showroom don't trust on warranty..

    The service centre is on the 1st floor, which is accessible through a lift in the building. I went there on a weekday and it wasn't crowded. They feature a waiting space that can accommodate 15 individuals. The area was clean, and fans were blowing to keep the heat at bay. I went for a battery change and waited 45 minutes for it to be completed. There is no water dispenser and no toilet on the floor.

    Not for premium phones, this center serves as the exclusive care center for Samsung mobiles, located on the first floor. It's only for mid-sized devices.

    WOrst Service.. Worst Staff members... They dont know how to behave with customers and, If you have warranty to ur mobile they did not check mobile will not cover under warranty, Dont go this Service center. I suppose to Minus rating but no option :(

    I found Samsung mobile service center behind South India shopping mall. The Google showing Samsung electronic store when i am looking for mobile service center. Somany times google map helped to find destination. I suggest google to update this correct address.

    The worst customer service ever, I didn't expect this from a Samsung service center and I'm very disappointed. The issue was I recently bought a new Samsung S23 phone and it's charging was not working so I went to the customer service centre and they made me wait till 2-3 hrs and they told me to come tomorrow and when I went tomorrow they again did the same and I waited for around 4-5 hrs just to get a new charging cable. I don't even wanna give 1 star but that's the least so I'm giving it. Please look into this, Samsung officials.

    Staff don't have knowledge and try to tell everything as liquid damage though it is not inorder not to claim the warranty for new phones as well. Worst service from service centre and Samsung

    Worst service from Samsung service centre... they not even check the mobile the directly said it is the issue with motherboard and and I do not have a warranty for this mobile ... Even if the mobile did not drop down and not drop in water... But getting issue with lines on screen after June security patch update .. my friend purchased Samsung m33 mobile he also feced same issue.. do not recommend everyone to not to purchase Samsung Mobile ... Worst phone and worst service....

    My handset repaired After claiming insurance 56k but I am not happy because as per Samsung standard this service center supposed to use double side gumming tape for better sealant but they are just managing to bring back customer again and again.

    Absolutely pathetic service center that samsung owns. I've given my phone for a repair and they had no clue on what was wrong with it. After 3 weeks they just called and told me to take my phone back saying it's working fine. But when they gave it, it wasn't glued properly and there was a visible gap in back panel. Even after asking them multiple times, they informed me that it is how the phone is designed

    Out of 7 counters only 1is open at 11:30,there is no token system either. Just sit and wait. A brand needs to carry it's reputation, in this centre it really doesn't matter. No adequate staff to support the inflow of customers.

    Visited for Samsung Pen service, they have done quickly and front office (Specially two Girls) were very polite and welcoming. Lift available for old people and ample of seating arrangement also available.

    Worst service. The one who handles complains doens't even know product knowledge. No staff only one. Rude behaviour of manager and PPL working there. Never ever go to this service center. I haven't read reviews before going here. Now I read and seen many PPL faced same service and comments are very bad. Improve staff or close ur center. Worst worst worst

    I purchased Samsung 45 watt charger from Amazon. It's been 5 months and the charger stopped working. When vising to this service center, they made me wait for 15 says now and yet no information on the replacement. They say "speedy service" as their values. Bur very very very slow.

    ***Scamming Agents****. Do not Go there. Be sure you know in and out of phone repairs. My Phone screen glass is damaged only the glass was using the phone in this condition for the past 4 months without issues. The agent said he has to replace the screen and the glass for 8000 Rs. Also My Camera Glass is damaged Still able to click photos but the Agent said the whole camera has to be replaced for 12000 Rs. MORON.

    Firstly, two people have come to repair the refrigerator and said they will come next day and next day one person came and taken the necessary parts of refrigerator and went away.Next day,they didnt come up and we called to this service center multiple times they didn't respond properly and when we reach out to them directly they said within a week they will come and repair the refrigerator. They didnt even come up now and taken away our parts and the response was very bad.It was already a 2 months they didn't even come up and we pinged them multiple times but no response. If samsung service center was like this then why cant other centers can be.I hope this reaches to samsung higher authorities and we want our refrigerator parts

    They moved to New location....its near RS Brothers, First floor- IDBI bank building. I was bit worried after reading the negative comments, whether to go or not....but after visiting the service center, I'm so much impressed. It was quick service and service representatives are polite . The spares are bit pricy though...
