Very professional and honest people. I had ordered a dogs crate online through an e-commerce app, but unfortunately the model i had ordered was not available. So they took the trouble to call me n tell me that they are sending me a different one which was a size smaller and asked me if agree for the same or not.. the rate was Slightly different too due to the size difference. Even though I had already made payment priorly but still the difference amount was refunded to me by them (it was some 800rs. I guess) Very satisfied with their honesty and professionalism.
