An
exceptional
Rehab
facility
in
Kochi
(Seha
Garden
International
Hospital)
providing
an
active
integrated
Rehab
program
combining
Physio
Therapy,
Occupational
Therapy,
Speech
Therapy
along
with
Indian
traditional
Ayurveda
has
enabled
my
wife
recover
considerably
from
the
mobility
issues
she
had
with
her
left
limbs
subsequent
to
the
haemorrhagic
stroke,
that
happened
to
her
on
December
15th.
The
Therapists
and
Doctors
under
the
leadership
of
Dr.
Anas,
a
Rehabilitation
specialist
are
extremely
committed
professionals
and
provide
the
best
recovery
program
for
each
patient,
with
regular
assessments
of
progress.
The
hospital
also
ensures
that
support
is
provided
by
visiting
Neurologists
from
full-fledged
hospirals.
Included
in
the
treatment
philosophy
is
also
counselling
through
a
trained
Neuro
Psychologist.
This
ensures
that
fears
and
apprehensions
of
patients
is
assuaged.
Use
of
Acupuncture
is
done
as
necessary.
The
therapy
sessions
are
available
7
days
a
week
and
even
on
holidays
with
emphasis
on
patient's
progress.
The
3
bedroom
apartment
that
houses
the
patients
along
with
bystanders
and
family
members
is
fully
equipped
and
provides
greater
comfort
to
the
patient
and
family
members.
During
the
initial
admission
on
Dec
31st
to
the
facility,
my
wife
contracted
a
viral
fever,
which
along
with
an
Urinary
tract
infection
caused
temperatures
to
rise
for
over
8
days,
resulting
in
suspension
of
therapy
sessions,
making
us
concerned.
In
spite
of
advice
from
Dr.
Anas,
our
anxiety
about
the
issue
made
us
get
a
discharge
and
moved
to
a
full-fledged
Medical
facility
to
ensure
medical
stability
is
achieved
before
continuing
Active
Rehab.
After
the
medical
stability
was
achieved,
as
a
family,
it
was
decided
to
get
back
to
Seha
Garden
International
Hospital
in
Ponekkara
to
continue
the
Rehab.
We
checked
in
on
Feb
1st,
2023.
We
were
welcomed
by
the
Doctors
and
Therapists
and
treatments
started
from
the
very
next
day.
We
spent
the
next
over
2
and
a
half
months
at
the
facility
before
being
able
to
take
the
long
flight
to
Canada
on
April
22nd,
2023.
The
love
and
affection
shown
on
us
by
everyone
at
the
facility
has
endeared
us
to
all.
Special

to
be
made
on
the
Physio
Therapists
-
Snana,
Abhishek,
Karthik,
Aleena,
Ayesha,
Theresa;
Occupational
Therapist
Tamil
Selvan,
Speech
Therapist
Reshma
and
all
others,
who
took
extra
care
to
ensure
that
my
wife
progressed
consistently.
I
was
really
impressed
by
their
professionalism
and
commitment.
Special
mention
is
to
be
made
on
the
Ayurveda
Doctors
Greeshma,
Jijo
and
others
for
constantly
monitoring
the
progress
and
ensuring
the
welfare
of
my
wife.
All
the
support
staff
-
Althaf,
Aneesh
and
all
others
were
very
cordial
throughout
our
stay.
Exceptional
service
was
provided
by
Vishu,
who
was
at
the
whelm
of
activities
pertaining
to
setting
up
beds,
linen,
hygiene
within
the
apartment
and
the
premises,
assistance
of
all
kinds,
coordination
of
all
the
janitorial
work,
maintenance
work
of
any
kind.
Vishu
is
a
great
asset
to
Seha
Garden
International
Hospital.
Finally
Kudos
to
Dr.
Anas
for
having
set
up
this
Rehab
facility
in
the
model
of
CMC
Vellore
Physical
Medicine
and
Rehabilation
facility.
