I emailed, asked for a driver & help planning a 5 day solo trip in Kerala. They responded with a suggested itinerary & happily changed it to the cities of my liking. Driver was good & trip was great.

Kept in touch with me all along the trip. Our driver Renjith was excellent. Helped us with anything we needed and answered all our questions. Will definitely be booking with them again!

First the logistics worked out very well from the beginning being picked up at the Bangalore airport by Jolly (yes, his real name) in the early morning/late night. It is so nice to arrive after a very long flight to see someone in a new place with your name on a card at the airport. The van ride to the hotel was comfortable. The tour of 8 guests included two guides on bikes who rode with us, two vans each with a driver (one very comfortable and roomy for guests and one for our bikes, baggage, food, water,etc...). The itinerary from Mysore to Goa was fantastic, we rode our bikes on rural roads, sugar cane fields, rice fields, tree plantation, small towns and villages. It was a wonderful way to see southern India and engaged with extremely nice and friendly people. We had one day off from cycling which included a water rafting trip which all of us thought was amazing, unexpected and definitely wanted to include on any future tours. Having a tour off the beaten path, planned by Peter our guide, was an incredible experience and one I would recommend to anyone wanting to see a part of India away from the typical, yet amazing, tourist highlights and also get a bit of exercise on the bikes.

I have arranged a surprise anniversary trip to Kerela with the help of Pioneer Personalized Holidays for my parents. Firstly I am impressed about how they handled my last minute changes in this COVID situation. Every safety measures were taken. The hotels staff and driver was very cooperative. I recently booked a 7 days trip to Kerala ( 7 days due to Covid restrictions) through Pioneer Personalized Holidays. I must say that I had a really really awesome experience. Right from the first call which I had with our travel planner Bimal I could sense so much of professionalism and maturity.They really understood my requirements so well and came up with a itinerary to match it. They were very open to modify it and consider our thoughts and inputs as well. The entire tour was so relaxing and fun. No hussle anywhere. Everything from bookings was smooth. The properties where we stayed during our stay were top notch and they took a lot of care and precautions about covid -19 as well. The car was well maintained and our driver Shyju also was really professional and punctual and very humble. I like to thank Ranju and Pioneer travel - Pioneer Pesonalized Holidays for the planning and execution of a 14 day bike trip from Bengaluru - Mysore to Goa 14th of November - 28 November 2019. All the practical things worked very well and the staff Jolly, Yetish, Maneesh and Rintu Roy were just superb with an excellent attitude, good humour and skills. I can say this with confidence because I and some of our group have done bike tours a few times before in India. The support vehicles for the group and the bikes were reliable and comfy. The hotels and lodgings were above expectations and the route that Peter (Action Lanka) choose was delightful through all the secret back roads. All the time you had the feeling you were biking through areas with very few tourists except Indians. An extra bonus was that we got to experience all kinds of Indian food and eating places for 14 days.(no one got sick ever)!! I would recommend Pioneer Personalized Holidays and Action Lanka everywhere.
