Worst bank I experienced till date. No one will respond if we call to branch. I am going to close my account and also requesting Axis bank to treat customers well rather trying for new and proving loans.

One of the worst services don’t have patience to tell the costumer to wait, expect desk on 5 she will help somewhat this is very bad seriously atlest show some respect

Terrible Service from the NRI banking department. The Relationship managers are of no use when it comes to real work. Got better service after changing the branch. Have wasted lot of time with this one.

Worst branch. Very very irresponsible staff (some sincere people might be there). There is one lady immediately next to the entrance. She speaks lies very easily. I had very bad experience for 2 times. The staff will take hours of time even for petty tasks. They respond differently to different customers. If you dress up well and talk in English, they treat you well. I took leave and booked appointment aproiri. They wasted my full day without completing my work. There is one staff name Vivek sitting on counter 5. He is a very discriminative person. He has done the exactly same task for another person. He asked me to wait. I waited till 6:30Pm. He did not turn up. They dont value your time. A simple man cannot fight with them. In everystep cheating. We have to be patient and have faith in the Supreme Lord. This review may help and plan accordingly.

Pls teach some professional behaviour to employees, special to bank manager , Very unprofessional behaviour. After this experience , I am closing the bank account, Thank god most things happening through online.( Axis Bank tarnaka branch)

Worst branch very poor service people over there were very disgusting . No proper customer service hence removed my existing account from axis bank ..this branch made me to close my salary account because of their poor and arrogant response... worst assistant manager

Zero on customer satisfaction. Very late in responding/catering to the customer needs. Never had such bad experiences with any other axis bank so far.

This Branch was for home loan but they shifted to near Vanasthalipuram, even customer support of this bank doesn’t know this, this is how axis bank workers and management running this branch. I asked the person at Vanasthalipuram branch why your customer support doesn’t know this, he just blamed that we have already informed, due to corona it’s not updated very silly skepticism. Vanasthalipuram home loan Branch is not like a bank it’s like documentation room no proper signs no proper security guard arrangement. I don’t prefer Axis.

Axis bank is one of the best and popular bank in Indian banking sector. Tarnaka Branch in hyderabad is very unique one in that. All employees here working in this Branch are customer helpful. Very Fast in banking needs. It is located near by tarnaka metro station free parking available for customer vehicles all type of loan's will be given to customer's with collateral proof. Interest rates are good in this bank you can save your Money.

I am trying customer care number and Tarnaka secunderabad branch phone nothing such Exists. My savings bank credit card was dispatched to my registered house number as we were out of station it was delivered to someone. Kindly do the needful or I have to close my account.

Worst experience, i tried calling number of times but no one is not responding and tried calling on tarnaka branch number but it is invalid. Please do not open any accounts with axis Bank.

Axis bank is an excellent bank, using from 2017 as my salary account, can do savings without any losses and if charges are levied immediately they are lifted, axis bank makes customers fully satisfied with the service and support and by giving priorities to them. Mobile banking is marvelous where we can use it anytime without any lagging of app or any technical issues, would advise everyone to keep there main branch or home branch as tarnaka where one can get good and fantastic service and support.

The worst bank I have ever visited I request manager to teach professional customer service to the staff, the staff is very irresponsible doesn't understand customer needs. I feel so bad for the manager who is looking after the customers and requesting to sit for hours and hours.
