7 floor residential building at prime location in Bandra (W). It's easily accessible to groceries, get some quick bite. It's also within the vicinity of Bandra (W) railway station.

Nice and clean residential building with offices on the ground floor.....Very well maintained...Only downfall is parking space.

Well maintained and clean and hygienic environment always maintained. Very co-operative and humble Society staff and Security. Quick actions taken on any need of utility services. The management under the present Chairman's leadership is very Superb.

An absolutely wonderful place People are lively and the place is also kept clean. The most important thing is surrounding its like a junction Railway station Bus stops Resturants Grocery stores Supermart Medicals Clinics Garden Everything near you
