One of the biggest retail chain of India, DMart is situated at Vivekanand Nagar. Being in the new Kota, traffic is very less and hassle free. Here you can find all kind of groceries be it all kind of Daal, Rice, Masala and all other snacks etc. Expanded on 3 floors, base floor has all the ration and kitchen stuff, first floor has all the crockeries, soaps, kitchen utensils related stuff and third floor has clothing. The basement has car parking and within the premises there is bike parking as well. There are around 10-12 payment counters for easy payments without waiting for long. Card and Cash both methods of payments are accepted here.

Amazing place with a great variety of things available in every category.... You can prefer this place just for buying clothes as it would be a great deal for you, also there isn't very much of a discount on a single sole product, it's mainly on the the amount of quantity you buy... Also they don't have some of the very basic things that you can get in any random grocery shops like small bottle shampoo, but yeah you can ignore this and continue shopping as it gives a lot of discounts on buying products in quantity... Won't recommend people from far places to come until and unless you buy in bulk.

Today i went and purchased items worth Rs.740 but when I went to pay, I gave a note of Rs.2000 and it was all okay but they rejected and did not take it. After all the note was okay and they intentionally didn’t take it so I have to leave my stuff and go. I am went from very far place after all but got nothing. So the DMart staff should improve it, especially the first floor manager.

Sections arent well defined so you need to look at the markings a lot more. The place is narrow so it's crowded on weekends, I'd say go on weekdays for non claustrophobic experience. Contains most of the well known brands in domestic items, I'd give that so overall it's a nice place to shop for all your home essential supplies.

Its good for economical shopping. Ona day I bought a pack of 2 underwears. It is packet of 90 cm. When I opened it at home, it has 1 item of 90cm and other is 80cm. It may be cheating or carelessness of the store employees. But it hurt me a lot.
