LEAST RESPONSIVE 👎 had bought from them two times.They had send me the products through speed post as per my request.Even though they did that on my request I felt like they are not customer friendly when it comes to communicating through WhatsApp... especially after the first purchase. So.. I have a small handmade business and some of my fast selling products are fully depending on some if their products.Each time I want to place an order I will have to repeatedly plead to send the order via Indian postal although they have saved my number in WhatsApp. I have to always send them screenshots from our earlier chat to convince them that they had send me earlier through India post.I tried to call them in their number and they cut my call. I don't know what is the problem with them.Every time I talk with them I instantly picturise the situation in an actual offline store, where the sales person doesn't talk to the customer atall or the have to repeatedly talk to a non responsive sales person and finally gets out of the store exhausted. I might still buy from them untill I find a similar better product and a better store.

I have been buying beading materials from the past 3 years and have very good experience. The materials quality is very good. Receive the items intact and very quickly without any delay. Very pathetic experience, having old stocks , not responsive, the incharge sits and chats with the girls who are working rather than asking them to attend the customers , jewels are faded and looking old. Worst experience with this branch of navra beads.

As they mentioned as wholesale but cost is very very higher then the retail..i bought kundan beads 10 grams for Rs 40..In other places i was getting it for Rs 27.. without enquiry the cost i travelled almost 15km to this shop and very much disappointed..

Expensive products , pure retail small shop and acting as a wholesaler!, they will send the products with very bad and small courier companies to save few rupees… no customer relationships , no time to talk to customers.. very horrific experience…

Even though we get a lot of beads and stuff here, it's quite expensive.. you get the same set of beads and stuff for a much much lesser price in wholesale market. They call themselves wholesale, but the prices are way way higher. I infact gave them pictures with price from the other wholesalers, but they have their own reason that their head who stays abroad fixes up the price and that is what they quote to the customer.

My order is been delayed. you have not sent any email confirmation or even reply to my query email. your customer executive just hung up the call. overall bad experience with this website. think before you purchase
