One of our family members got admitted and the nurses and the head doctor in the hospital were completely careless and inexperienced. They held her for 20 days and charged 25L and she is still in coma. They lack the necessary skills and tools to properly care for her. Atleast they should have informed they lack the experience after 3 days and send her to a better hospital. Stay away from VS at all cost. They are the worst in India. We plan to take legal action against them soon.

The medical staff and all the supportive staff were cordial , kind and compassionate. Prompt and timely response at all times. Dr. Sundar gave the confidence to my mother and gave a complete walk through about why knee replacement is required, pros n cons of surgery, physiotherapy, post operative care including the cost involved etc. The comfort and confidence of a patient on their doctor is the most important aspect, which is well taken care of by the hospital. Dr. Sundar, Dr. Panthala gave their best outcome in the total knee replacement surgery of my mother. Post operative care by the doctors, nurses and all the supportive staff are the best one can ask for in present day medical sector. Mr. Thamilselvan, Mr. Antony and Mr. Surendar gave their best helping hand from doctor consultation, Corporate tie-up arrangement, admission up until discharge and reaching home. Every other day during admission one of the team members visited the room to check on the patient and attender, where they did not confine their service to their department which is commendable.Thank you for the compassion. Overall it's a hospital where treatment, hospitality, care are at its best.

I was staying there for 5 days with my uncle for his joint knee surgery about 4 months ago. It's really a well decorated, neat & clean hospital with great services. All the stuffs were very helpful & responsive. The doctors were very cordial & friendly as well. I was satisfied with their services & it was really a good experience.

Hospital very familiar on treatment for cancer.Notably Dr.Subramanian treatment and guidance is commendable. Few areas might be require to have some improvement which i personally come across, 3rd floor nurses services needs to further responsible.Whenever i assist for help they never ever responds less than 15 minutes may be specific reasons for them taking time. Other way around they might keep in mind patient situation and care of their needs. Apart above stated minor thing , remaining other factors better.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the VS hospital attending to my mom for more than a week, from start to finish. The room was kept very clean and the staff members were very welcoming and pleasant. It was a very quiet place even though most of the hospital rooms were occupied. The Doctors and Nurses have excellent bedside manner in terms of making the patient highly comfortable. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who wants to get the utmost care. Worst experience, Not attending the client properly and there is proper cart in hospital, No proper nurse for patients to handle them properly. Available nurse and attendants are not well trained or patient enough to handle them. Choose other best hospitals than this one.

Service very poor, shortage of staff, and the biggest issue is they don't have parking facility... Valet parking available for Four wheelers but 2 wheelers u have to cross the main road by taking a u turn of 1 km n park in corporation parking... Only reason to go there is Doctors are good...

Appreciation for VS Hospital. Kilpauk Chennai Last week my wife was very weak after discharge from Chemotherapy on 19th. When I called Dr.Nithya she immly asked me to bring her and admit. At that time my wife's Blood count, Platelet count, pottasium etc were very low. She had to be in ICU for 4 days. WOW! What a Great Service from entire Team of Dr. Subramaniam. Dr.Nithya, Dr.Chandralekha, Dr. Rushika and Dr. Mahesh did their Best to bring her blood count from 400 to 6300 and shift my wife to normal ward. HATS OFF to all of them and my salute to them. I would like to appreciate the entire Nursing team in ICU. I would like to particularly appreciate Ward Girl Ms. Naseema. This hospital is good when compare to many other commercial hospitals. Poors get treatment at concession and affordable people are charged handsomely. Health Insurance companies can not control when the system is like this.

Good quality does not need publicity. It was a different experience altogether in my age where I had to be in hospital for a week.Smiling faces warmth care and concern from everyone. I think in the present times nothing to match the work done by the VS hospital .I hope all would take an example from here.

One of the worst hospitals in India. Let me explain how they started the treatment for my father's cancer. They asked me to do a lot of tests, which was understood, and we did them. After that, they did a biopsy, and my father was admitted for almost three days. I paid 95k+ for these tests. After the third day of the biopsy, I took my father to my flat, and we waited for the biopsy report. On the fifth day, we returned to the hospital, and I asked for the biopsy report. They said they had not received it yet. I was frustrated because I had traveled 30km, and they were now telling me that the biopsy report was not yet received. After some insistence, they finally received the report, and it was negative. The doctor said we needed to do a repeat biopsy. I decided that whatever the biopsy report comes out to be, I will discuss it with Nitya mam (oncologist) and travel to my hometown where we can continue the treatment for my father. On the same day, the ENT doctor called me and said that the report we discussed in the morning was wrong. A new report came, and it was positive. I asked the ENT doctor to share the new report with Nitya mam and request her to provide the treatment plan based on the report. This is because in the morning, we met with the oncologist, but we did not receive any conclusion, and we only paid heavy fees. I have paid around 1.5 lakh rupees in this hospital without receiving any treatment suggestion. Another thing to note is that if you are thinking that Dr. Subramaniam Sir will see you and provide suggestions, it's only a trap. It seems that they are using his name for the sake of marketing. It seems like they are simply looting money and not providing any proper treatment. Don't be fooled by looking at other comments, as before leaving the hospital, they may force you to give a Google review. It is certainly frustrating and concerning when a report changes for a life-threatening illness, i have wasted huge money and 10days time and not even get the doctors suggestions. So guys please don't go this hospital if you want to save your loved one's life

We did get a good care and medical attention in VS hospital.they had a best surgeon and surgical team. Good health support is provided . All facilities are available for patient and attenders. Healthy and Hygienic environment is being provided to patients by cleaning the rooms in a regular intervals. Overall we got the best care and medical attention.

He is extemly down to earth and accessible he expalined us the reason and process which gave us confidence. The enitre process of treatment right from admission till discharge was very convenient. The worst doctor DR. SATYANARAYAN and system OF V.S Hospital seen today. We have been patients of him since 3 years and almost every-time we wait for him for minimum half an hour. Today we were 10 mins late that too because of their parking problem as there is parking is opp side of a high road where U-Turn is half a km ahead and again walk after parking. I got a call from hospital at 10:41 am and i said that i am out walking in, by 10:45 i reached in and doctor has left. What an unprofessionalism seen today. Kindly request you to take a strict action on such doctors. Upon that people inside are lying- stating doctor went for emergency and on talking in person with doctor he is like i went to other hospital. Patients can wait for hours to see their living god who we find help in but these artificial god have taken themselves way too seriously. Please help me take this matter at higher level so that these kind of doctors realise there mistakes and we as patients are not treated as there pawns everytime.

Excellent customer service. They treat their patients with utmost respect and care. Professionalism is exhibited in all departments right from cleaning to top doctors. Downside maybe they charge on the higher note. We had our surgery at this hospital and all nurses and staffs took great care and i highly recommend if you want great treatment facility. Our surgeon was Dr.Griffins who is an excellent doctor. He removed our kidney stones using RIRS process which requires higher skill to perform. Highly recommend doctor who provides detailed explanation of the treatment procedure. Coming back to the hospital, they do not have In-house parking facility and provide only valet parking for car. For bike you need to park outside at your own discretion or park at their rented space opposite the highway at chetpet eco park.

Absolutely Professional and State of the Art Hospital. Had my inguinal hernia laparoscopic surgery here and my Dr JS is one of the best Gastro Surgeons currently. I got admitted in V S hospital for surgery near spine. At very first I need to thank Bose sir and he diagnosed the issue correctly. He gave me confidence to move forward and my fear got reduced .The surgery went fine and am getting recovered day by day.Also I need to thank Gaja sir, Sivakumar sir , Sanjay sir, Karthik sir who are all part of the surgery and supported us very well after the Surgery too. Doctors are excellent approach by stage by stage. Nurse staffing are very respectable and easy approach. Security staffs are more guided. Really hospitality is good. My dad was killed in the hospital because of wrong treatment. Their doctors are not trained properly especially Dr. Balasubramanian, supposed to be radiation oncologist doesn't know anything about radiation therapy. Unfit hospital, very bad staff nurses, very cruel doctors.

Thank you Sridevi, Vinod and the billing team. one suggestion though, although some nurses were very prompt and helpful (Anbu, Durga, Monisha sisters helped us a lot), many a times it gets delayed to attend to the patient in the ward. Suggest to improve this response and to avoid multiple follow-ups.

I underwent a surgery at VS Hospitals. It was a seamless and professional process all through. The front desk led by *Mrs.Meena* anchored a perfect start and the admission / tests / pre-operative / post- operative all were smooth sailing. Credit to the room service staff and the floor nurses for an efficient and timely interventions while I was in the room. At the OT, everything went as a clockwork and I should thank the lady anaesthetic who listened to me and gave all the encouragement before the surgery. 5 out of 5 stars! Kudos!

The staff at the front desk are nice and polite. The problem is the staff outside. They are the most inept and rude people. They park your car and can't retrieve it and they ask for your licence plate.. No one remembers their license plate. Most places give you a tag and get your car. If you arrive on a scooter they treat you like you're not even a customer and tell you to park on the street. This gives a very bad first impression. They need training on how to behave with customers and have a tag system to retrieve cars.

Wonderful experience with VS Hospital. Dr. S Jagadesh Chandra Bose was a wonderful surgeon, Both the surgeon and the Chief Doctor are extremely professional. They take time to listen and time to explain. A first rate professional experience. Completely satisfied with all the support staff. The nurse at the hospital are very patient and kind. They are very helpful. Great attitude of the front desk staffs, they are very polite and kind. I have noticed all the support staffs clearly guiding everyone and making them feel comfortable with the procedures. They ensured a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. Parking with a two wheeler is nightmare. The guard outside is telling people to go across the busy divided highway (Poonamalee) to park your two wheeler. How are you expecting us to cross a highway where there is no crossing? Is this a scheme for VS hospital to get accident victim's. Why build a hospital without parking? We also have to wait a long time sometimes hours even though we have an appointment to see the doctor They should be more considerate of patient's time especially with elderly people

I have got admitted in the VS Hospitals for my left Total Hip Replacement Surgery. I was given a room in SECOND FLOOR. Room is very hygiene. Food is good. Staff are very helpful. Nurses are knowledge and taken good care of me and other patients too. Gayatri, Vaidhehi, Uma Sisters are very helpful.

The 4th floor nurses were very humble and didn't show attitude while attending the patient as well as the patient's family members. They took excellent care of the patient. They were very kind while talking with us. Special mention to Mrs. Sasi and others.

We are taking cancer treatment to my wife in this hospital for more than 3 years.. The chief doctor is the most experienced cancer doctor in Chennai. All other doctors are also well experienced. We are getting very good treatment here. All the other employees also very kind and supportive. Especially We are very well coordinated and guided by Mrs. Meena Madam. She is highly experienced and knows the problem of patients very well. She is helping us for the past three years. Due to her guidance we were able to understand the hospital atmosphere.
