Jain travels you are one of the finest and respectful traveling brand through this review I would like to tell you that rather going for such collaboration with such a useless company it will be better if you book for your own buses this was one of the horrible experience in my traveling life. This Shalu bus I won't recommend anyone to book this from any company. I tried to ask passenger next to me to wear mask first of all he was sitting on my seat and driver conductor said you are getting seat that's a big thing for me actually it took almost 55 km to fight for my rights my seat there are lots of things happen till I reached to my destination it was worst horrible and very annoying experience with this journey.

I wish I could have given 0star to this bus service..used this service on 08/11/22 from Baroda to Pune..regret I ng bout decision to book our ticket in this bus 1.they kept us waiting on pick up point in Baroda for 2.5hrs..we have taken this trip in transit so we were very new to the city n was continuously in touch with the driver still he has not picked us from pick up point n later asked us to take taxi n come forward around 2 km to catch the bus..this all was happening in midnight 2 am 2.They denied to keep our luggage in trunk as their trunk was full with transport goods n they were not having place to keep passengers luggage...we need to keep our luggage in the bus lobby..this was not the case with us only other co passenger luggage was also lying in the corridor which has made the bus more conjusted 3. Highly unprofessional staff....after facing above two issues we have raised the concern on bus booking app..as soon the staff came to know about our complaint they started behaving bad with us n made our trip more worse by not letting us use the washroom; passing the comments; dropped us before the drop location etc etc Worse..unprofessional..attitude issue..poor service..awe full..n ugly experience...irresponsible...inhuman n bad staff

A very abusive behaviour by the person who was treating us.we went there at 8:00pm, 8 june 2022 for inquiry about the departure of Ahmedabad to jodhpur .after some conversations he started giving taunt to my father and he also started abusing my city that all rubish things are done in jodhpur.he started shouting on my family in between the crowd .a very poor and abusive response from the person.

Jain travels is One of the top Bus service of Rajasthan and Gujarat and MP. They have good services and have all facilities. Even in Pandemic they provide proper cleaning and sanitization. The Drivers are also trained. The Main office is at Kalpatru Cinema Jodhpur. But they also have offices at many places in jodhpur. They have updated buses. The name of the company is Jain travels...Not VK Jain travels. The VK Jain Travels is different company.

I m travelling in JAIN TRAVELS LUXURY Bus No. AR 01 S 2727 on 22/Feb/2023 (Jodhpur to Delhi) I’m troubled too much in this journey….I feel like This is General class train coach….and he is sending couriers in this bus he is using this bus like Porter Commercial Vehicle. Corridor is full with extra local passengers . Is this a bus we are paying for this very bad journey. I’m too much disappointed with this travel service.

The worst experience ever. They have put luggaes on the seat and on the way too. They are letting anybody sit on the cooridor. Bus is crowded. I am sharing pictures with it . So everybody can understand how terrible this is. Never ever take jain bus.

Horrible experience with this travels. We booked ac bus ticket 3000 per ticket and the AC was not working. I especially booked this bus as it claimed to have restroom but it was filled with luggage and we were not allowed to use it. The staff members were extremely rude so i called jain travels office and that was also of no use as the person sitting at the office also started shouting at me. He said i cant help if the ac and restroom is not working. This is the kind of responsibility they take. It is a 16 hours travel with two old age people. I regret booking this and will never recommend this to anyone.

We travelled with Jain Travel from Delhi to Jodhpur. The bus left and arrived on time, which was great. However, a heads-up about no blankets would have been nice. It would be helpful to have a spare polythene for those prone to vomiting. Also, a water bottle was missing. Despite these, the punctuality was commendable. Overall a good experience with them.

Bus was good but the washroom wasn't of any use as driver & conductor told not to poop inside otherwise you'll be fined with ₹2000 and they'll made you clean that also, which makes the washroom of no use.

My geniune advice - Do not travell from Jain Travels. Specially - 5:30 evening bus. One of the worst experience of my life. I am travelling from past 17 years in Vadodara Jodhpur and vice versa Route. I was travelling from Jodhpur to Vadodara. Worst staff I had ever seen. They are diverting thier personal anger on passengers. No proper answers regarding timings, seat issues, service quality. I have booked a complete sleeper for my comfort. There was no inside window glass of my sleeper. No proper answer and solution for that given to me. A complete open. Even they had given a double sleeper to thier acquaintance person. But does.not have any proper solution for me. no charging point(but they have stated in their portfolio) , no window openers so I could not aopem window (as it was Non AC book). I don't how many issues I should include in this reviews. 0 things I found good in this. I want to give minus stars. But no option is there. So giving 1star. I hope Jain Travels rectify this.

Travel from Mumbai to Jodhpur Ac bus number 5151. 1. There is no seating arrangements near the pick up point and bus was late for more than 1 hour and we had to stand throughout the time. 2.There is No Live Tracking available in this bus 3.The support staff was quite rude and need to be polite. 4. Extra passengers allowed who were sleeping in pathway making it unsafe and uncomfortable. 5. Washroom has no water making it practically useless. 6. Driver switches off charging points in between and even after requests does not turn it onn. 7. Stops for rest rooms were extremely unhygienic and smelly. Very difficult to go in such restrooms. 8. Amenities says cold water, but there is no water services given or provided in the bus.

Corridor is full with extra local passengers. My Cabin was in a very unhygienic condition they didnt have any kind of luxury services to offer. Even there rest point is very worst some sangam hotel was there it seems we were in Bhandara. Kindly Avoid this and look for other options like Gajraj & MR Travels it feels like we got cheated while booking this bus journey. Pathetic.

Overall good company. The bus was clean. They arrived very late to our stop but they still made it on time for arrival final point. We had a toilet in the bus but the driver refused to have us use it.

Very bad agent service on paota shop Jodhpur . I booked a ticket today from Jodhpur to Sri Ganganagar(bus no-RJ-19-PC-0555). I accidentally paid extra money above ticket price on shop via phone pay. Agent didn’t help me and sayed here is no rules to refund extra money if customer paid accidentally. It’s not fair with regular customer. Once they were best in jodhpur..now having ravelled from jodhpur to delhi..toilet in bus not working..charging point not working..no blanket provided as promised ..no water bottle as promised..though they are present in huge amount in luggage box.mmostly driver will resell this..and when adked reply very rudely..they charge much compared to others but facility very poor..never never think of this travels..cheat..only money matters once u r in ..conductor shuts door so nobody shouts

The bust that goes to jodhpur to Jaipur at 5:00 PM is disgusting. Not even the AC is there in the bus. It's only good for local travelers who travel around 1 or 2 hours.

"Communications I was very impressed with the detail provided with each request- also very prompt. It was very nice to see the e-mail of the entire tour booklet but very impressed with the hard copy delivered by courier, this makes a perfect souvenir. Guides 10/10 for our driver / tour leader / guide! He is a wealth of knowledge- great personality- very vibrant, full of educational information, great company, and very competent. He has great attention to detail to make sure that he could provide anything we might need - including getting me to a pharmacy when I needed to. He encouraged me to try things I had fears about (like afraid of water) and I went white water rafting and snorkelling (and fear of heights) and I went on the Zip Line! I can't believe I did those things! I knew nothing about birds and now I can recognise many varieties. Tour The tour certainly took into account the diversity of Costa Rica. We saw so many different things - different kinds of forest, with its various trees and animals / birds different for different kinds of forest. Many waterfalls in several different places - volcanoes were spectacular - especially fortunate that we saw them on clear days. I know that you have thrown in 15 days of perfect weather - for which we were truly impressed! It was amazing to include interior and ocean - Corcovado is not to be missed. There was a good amount of activity each day with not too much down time. Just enough to keep up my journal. Accommodations Our accommodations far exceeded our expectation. In all cases they were friendly staff, very good food, and well located. Los Lagos Inn was like a 5 star resort in my opinion as was Centro Neotropico (...) Transports Both the pick-up and drop off at the airport were very comfortable and very punctual - our driver-guide was a fantastic competent driver and the vehicle is very luxurious and capable for the sometime poor road conditions. We were very impressed. Meals In all cases the meals were very good and tasty - well prepared and healthy - we really appreciated the variety and especially the lovely fruit beverages and fresh fruits. The same was true of all lodges as well as the restaurants

Reached destination 4 hrs late , poor hygiene ,sleeper compartment had only curtains no glass ,. Drivers stops in middle of nowhere to pick up extra passenger for less price to earn extra money. Kindly go for train if possible rather than this travel agency

We had booked a bus for Bhilwara. The price for booking the bus was very reasonable and the bus driver was very experienced due to which he was able to drive carefully and was on time at all the places. Overall experience was really good.

Seat position is kinda wird. It's a Hybrid seat combination of Sleeper and seater. It's became uncomfortable for this. ✓ drive- safe but too slow. ✓staff- unprofessional and not helpful. ✓ passanger- they stoped their bus for atleast 40 times because of taking passanger-with out ticket.
