Worst sub i have tried from this outlet. This is how they send orders. It is not only swiggy has not delivered it correctly but the the sub and toasty was not at all good

Made an order from zomato, at first they wouldn’t even make and pack the food, took literally about 45 mins just to make it. I tried calling so many times but no one even picked up. And the food quality is so so bad, no fillings or dressing i asked for, the bread was so bad and extremely toasted. Extremely disappointed and mad.

Delivery from zomato and the food is not prepared according to my wants. And the bread is not good as much its like old not fresh

This Subway is bit old bit they never compromised on the quality so far. The service is really good and one of the employee in the staff is still there from the beginning. It adds more nostalgia and the way there service has not changed anytime you eat makes that subway and staff really special.

Particular this outlet was not a clean one. Felt unhygienic

Today, I went to Subway, and ordered my sub as per my choice, the staff here are gracious however, but are least coordinated among themselves. While eating my sub, I found a dead fly in meal. I called, the head boy, and he was clueless, and apologized for this. However, he made a different meal for me, but he was not answering my any questions, being a multi national outlet, they should set up electrical fly killer, they are well aware that their restaurant is in basement, hence they should have taken proper provision in prior. By looking their way towards works and approach towards customer, I had decided I will never ever come to this outlet, and also aware my friends and dear ones about this.

Dear Subway , I like to talk to you about your service manager at ludhiana branch of 32 A Chandigarh road branch , his behaviour is very disappointed to any customer and he is don't know how to treat with customer which is paying alot of money for his food and he is very cheap thinking and he had no manners of working he is wearing blue shirt in morning sunday time around 1:00 PM and i dont tell you about the story , but he is stopping to come to our outlet because when i order something and bill after eating and i give the feedback on my old bill and he said soory i could nt claim anything and you order some where on another outlet but not here ,he is your behaviour and working of your persons but sorry it is totally harshed and disappoint for me , so i give you the bad one service on this outlet so kindly improve it and i request you to come and visit on this outlet and check the behaviour personally and change the.manager after i requesting . Good food, but place is very untidy, no one to keep it clean. Tables with waste plates, dirty floor, dirty walls, leakage from the air conditioner, things you will notice when you enter. But no complaint with the food, food goes by the standard.

It is one the finest and healthiest food chain around the world. Rather spending your time, money and health on any other fast food this is the best option for everyone. The place is very fine just not well situated though it's not a big factor if you love eating. P.s. don't forget to try dark chocolate cookie.
