Writing this from first hand experience. They are very rude and unprofessional in their interview process and I'd be very vary of joining this place to work with or work for. They schedule a 30 minute call and talk for 1.5 hours, asks random questions from a questionnaire and have zero respect for interviewee's time; probably because they are themselves very over-worked. I'd request companies to stay away from this agency for their staffing and hiring needs, because they'll not only give you bad results but also dilute your brand name.

It’s been more than 2 months since my last working day I haven’t received the Experience Certificate and the FnF settlement. The HRs won’t even entertain me now. I explained how my new organisation requires me to submit the experience certificate but they are still processing and internet issues. I wonder what you guys are processing, should i hire someone to type the letter or pay for your wifi ??? or if your employees are not well trained enough to type a letter i am myself ready to come and type it for you!!!

I Just got a message on Telegram saying they have an opening in Randstad. When I asked questions, she said first provide age n city details. Then suddenly deleted her account on telegram. This looks suspicious and scam.

This company TA or HR has no manners how to talk over the phone, today I have received call from no. 79065***647 (her name idk) she spoke so rudely and unprofessionally. Replied me so bad ! I would like to ask management what who how they got training or recruited . Have some ideas that how MNC companies TA or HR are communicating. Learn from Infy, TCS and all. Be professional and be respective towards your candidates whom you are talking. You are representing your org image & you guys tarnishing it well

Worst Company and worst work environment. These guys are ruthless to their employees, they expect to work 15-18 hours continuously with very less pay and won't even care about employees health. They are very unrespectful and disgusting

I am from Pune. I am trying to register on the Randstad Website. But after a successful attempt of account creation, when I go to login page, it is saying Invalid Username. How to register and submit the CV? Also trying to call on the helpline as per the timings given nobody answers the call.

Worst experience from Randstad, I wanted to link my Aadhar with my UAN so I have sent my doc's to head office in Chennai but since last 7 month this company is just giving me reasons and ignoring my mails. Poor service given by Randstad.

RANDSTAD just post the job on NAUKRI along with the phone number but whenever you try calling them they never receive the call.. Truly fake and time wasting...

JAYA LONGANI and NANDKISHORE are RIDICULOUS they are RUDE in comminication however during first call they act to be very nice after which they can send you NASTY MSGS AND EMAILS
