A good place for a half day tour. But please visit if you have your own conveyance. Else book a car/ auto for both ways. I faced much difficulty because I book a Uber one way. While returning i couldn't find any Ola or Uber for booking. Had to ask one individual who takes toll tax from vehicles for help. He called a autorickshaw on phone who came to pickup and drop me at Panshet chowk. Charged Rs 200/- for two kilometres. On the return from Panshet had to change two share autos. Otherwise the view and locality is good. Please check attached pics.

This place was nature beauti place. actually this is a village bt its good.if you want some basic things on that place there is available like water Bolt, packaging food and all. And there is also available adventure and some water drive bt its costly.

Good place to visit. First time I visited this place in 2012 and latest I went there today. Road from pune to panshet has improved a lot in last 10 years. Best time to visit this place is in morning or in evening time. Mstd is located in walkable distance Boating option is available (rates are nominal) . I addition we can enjoy tea/coffee/various bhajis/vada pav. Best time to visit this place is during monsoon Or post monsoon. In summer water level gets reduces.

This is just wow place for boating. Very calming & peaceful. I would always like to come here again & again. Panshet boating experience you shouldn't miss. Just take care of your safety while go for banana boat ride. & Also before go into the water check for the equipments which they provide you for riding boat. Make sure they are safe. Roads condition is still not good if you are coming from Pune. Hope one day gov will make good roads. Suggested car rather than bike to travel. Don't stay after 5-6pm.

We booked a camping for 2D/1N through Weekend feels .. the location was 'Shiwar Machi' it's a beautiful camping location at Panshet Dam, the camp location is 44 km from Swargate Bus stand Pune. We had our booking for Thursday it was a week day so the camp site didn't had much other bookings but it might be there on weekends. The place was like a nature retreat for us, plus the food oh my goodness it was super tasty. One should try camping at this location there are other resorts too for more option Must visit ❤️💯

Amazing,Peaceful and Beautiful Place with fresh air.Loved the nature and Boating.

It’s only worth it in mansoon or mid winter. Place is good to spend your day and do some water sports activities. Food shop is available but it’s little bit costly and taste of food ok ok. There is parking charges also, washroom is available that is good thing.

Some resorts are well maintained for night stay. Hence you can stay back for couple of days. This is one of the main source of Pune’s drinking water. Do visit once and share your experience too.

Amazing experience here. Don't forget to experience jet boating here. It won't last so long but the kind of fun you get in that rise is unimaginable. Water reservoir is pretty huge and hence the scene. I highly recommend this place in monsoon season. Best place to visit with family 😄

Visited during monsoon, although we did not go to the dam as the locals said it requires permission from the authorities. View point was amazing although crowded on weekend. We went ahead to gaze the natural beauty.

There is not much water as of now. As we Went early morning so there was very little crowd.and so was easy to take good pictures. But the restaurant there is very expensive.

Pune to Panshet Dam is an excellent 40-45 Km road. Cars and Bikes can reach here hassle free. Beautiful nature + Rain + Good Roads = ❤💯 Parking available for 2&4 wheelers at ₹10 and ₹40-50. Boating & food is available. Sight seeing, photoshoot, trailing around the waters was one of my best experience. Not at all crowded even on weekends. Totally worth a visit!

It's surrounding by mountains and back water. It's very scenic throughout the year and one would prefer to go here again and again. Very pleasant and peaceful and away from city crowd also. 1 hour drive from Pune. There is boating activities here which makes it more interesting. One can plan to go during morning or evening. Sunset should be very beautiful from this place.
