One of the worst customer service .... I purchased for 25000₹ yesterday.. While making payment, due to non availability of tower in their place... Could not make payment, we asked we can pay in ground floor where the signal is good, they not allowed to swipe the card on the other floor, they simply denied for that... We extremely frustrated by their response, we returned back those items, and purchased all the goods for a cheaper price in rathna stores nearby... They are having a good customer service and faster response.

Amazing customer service. Very friendly people. Cost efficient shop. Highly recommended. Has garden and outdoor furniture, which is not available on any other shop in Trichy. Even has modern study tables for kids that are not available anywhere else. Prices for furniture are even cheaper than online shopping and the furniture comes fully assembled.

25% weight deducted for the exchange of silver which was brought from thier showroom itself. I have asked manager and he answered that it is our standard. . I have lost 24 gram of silver. The amount was near about 1900 rupees. I strongly request the management to reconsider the exchange percentage depend on the condition and quality as you are in the field many decades and having lot of customers. Not blindly 25%

Nice jewellery shop and the staffs are very kind. Models are less or we expected models and sizes are not there... Conversation With manager is not satisfied, his way of talking was not good.... Delivery, only three persons are there in the delivery department at that time, but more people are waiting for delivery... No one follow the sop in delivery area and the shop also not ask the customer to follow the sop in this pandemic situation... Especially delivery department look like a market or grocery shop it is not looks like a jewellery shops delivery area... Big shop, no proper sop for Pandemic, improvement required in Manager's behavior...

Disappointed with recent purchase at M&M. Staffs giving excuses to show jewel collections, just 2 to 4 boxes been displayed. Not sure why M&M have practice of visiting manager for discounts, if customer is eligible or manager can able to give discounts then why can't you give it directly, think about customers who are all not meet manager for discount. This is kind of cheating.

We can purchase all including jewellery under one roof. Trichy's highest shopping center.They are extending their business everyday. But I am to sad to share this. They have toilet facilty only in second floor for the entire shop.That too always occupied by their staff. So customers are put to inconvenience. They should address this problem.

Worst experience in Purchase of office chair..Head restraint broke in a month... They are asking 2500 for servicing 8000 worth chair..
