Facilities
for
caretakers
of
patients
admitted
in
ICU
is
very
pathetic.
Caretakers
are
not
allowed
to
ICU
(which
is
definitely
understandable),
but
there
is
no
waiting
room.
There
is
a
normal
corridor
which
doesn't
even
have
fans,
with
people
sleeping
on
floors,
chairs
or
whatever
they
can
sleep
on.
Considering
heat
of
Chennai
least
they
can
do
is
have
fans
and
better
charging
portals.
You've
to
walk
from
one
end
to
another
for
food,
and
all
the
food
stalls
close
by
6:30
to
7
with
really
bad
hygienic
conditions.
You
can
see
rats
&
cockroaches
in
that
area.
Only
insurance
patients
have
some
relief,
patient
care
takers
who
are
non-insurance
have
to
keep
running
around
for
medicines
any
time
of
the
day.They
make
sure
caretakers
are
exhausted
and
sleep-derived.
And
the
queue
for
the
medicine
is
always
huge,
no
proper
planning.
The
hospital
has
limited
lifts,
and
you'll
have
to
wait
multiple
times
before
a
lift
gets
free.
In
that,
they
also
switch
off
one
set
of
lifts
after
some
time,
and
even
patients
going
for
tests
at
night
have
to
be
moved
from
one
end
to
another
for
using
a
lift.
The
caterer
in
charge
of
milk/tea/coffee
-
the
milk
quality
is
just
bad.
