It's really serene and calm place, folklore has it that you can offer liquor, betel nuts and chakli to the deity and ask for wish to be fulfilled. Upon fulfillment of the wish you can again revisit to offer your prayers. Very popular among locals. Please do visit if your nearby and be blessed by koragajja.

Its for all Devotees who want visit this Temple. From Mangalore City its 12kms Distance, and there are many City buses which travels to Kuthar Junction, where all city bus charges 20Rs per head, from kuthar junction its hardly 1.5kms walk to temple, if u want to go to temple directly in Bus then the Bus number is 44, 44B from managlore city which goes directly to temple, you can get down directly infront of temple, Dont wear Shorts and nikkar and go to this temple, try to wear Pants, Panche, shalya.. the custom in this temple is offering alcohol, beetel, and chakkli to god, which will be available as set infront of temple only., we need to go and offer it to the god and in return they will give us the prasadam., doing 3 pradakshina we collect prasadam and come back., its a very pleasant place. To pray., again once ur wish is fulfilled again u need to visit the temple and u can offer the same thing to god or whatever u had prayed before the god. Before 6.30am morning and after 6.30pm evening entry for females is prohibited . Phone and camera clicking inside the temple is stricyly prohibited.koragajjaπŸ™

It's a nice temple and well maintained, plenty of shade and place to sit and meditate. You can buy offering to Koragajja right outside the temple, as with most temples in India. Parking is available on the street, limited spaces. Footwear are left right outside the entrance (no charge). What is interesting to note- people offer toddy (Palm wine) and other alcoholic drinks to Koragajja. Photography inside the temple isn't allowed.

Divine abode of swamy Koragajja. This is the only place where you can still see the old practice of offering prayers and Kola. It's an experience to come here to fulfill your prayers. As per rituals women are not allowed after 6.30 pm.

Koragajja is a very prominent deity for the people of Tulu Nadu in present day Karnataka. It is irreverent to say that the deity is a spirit of the Tulu Nadu region as he is the presiding deity for almost every Tulu household for whom life just does not go on without his blessings.

Koragajja temple. There are 7 koragajja katte in kuthar. Even I don't know which is real Aadi or Moolasthana or origin place. All will tell that this is the origin one. But for our prayer purpose and to submit our benison or exvoto or Harake all 7 places are good. U feel like blessed. Beeda or ML or chakkuli are main things here. I really felt like blessed.

Gud ambience but pathetic localities.....hopefully don't say that I stole their chakuli ...pan and maybe whiskey....πŸ˜€ since all three are given as offerings to korgajja......nearby shop guy whom we paid can say we did not pay him.. U known awesome public here especially behave crazily if we are seen in government buses ....personally drive two wheeler now ,idea can be we can steal others petrol or maybe do not pay in petrol pump after taking petrol.....πŸ˜‰πŸ˜,steal from shops ,are smelly ,steal others tickets and do pickpocket in buses .....anymore ideas and people come to thokkottu beeri belt only to have xxx ,naughty and complaint filing locals here ,since they only can get naughty others cannot ,if they do then locals file complaints saying people come to thokkottu beeri manjeswara belt to get naughty πŸ˜‰..anything else ,simply roaming is a good complaint to file maybe πŸ€”,we dnt know any Tulu and writing as Mother tongue is crime as Aru of Tulu should be known ,else return all your belongings

Thousands of devotees visit the place. Koragajja is a Daiva ( angellic entity) with whom we can pray for redressal of our problems. I am going for the first time.

Very Divine place. The simplicity in offering and rituals being performed is really the model all religious places should follow. Very powerful Deity.

It's always a blessing to be able to visit this place. It's always a blessing to see koragajjana kola. I love visiting this place. It's so peaceful here. Koragajja Daiva is known to be extremely powerful. There is a belief which we the people of tulunadu believe in which is if any of our belongings is lost or missing, we pray to koragajja and we will find it. Not just a belief it's actually true. It has happened to me and I have prayed and i have got it . I'm not uploading any photos as it's strictly prohibited to click photos. There's one more strong belief which is related to traveling around this place at night. It's said that those who pass in front of the temple at night in vehicles must have their lights off ,only the street light must be on. Our vehicle lights must be off. If we make this mistake knowingly it's believed that we will not reach the destination we were heading at. So I suggest the one reading this to follow this πŸ™. I personally believe in koragajja a lot. Swami KoragajjaπŸ™

Super powerful god! I heard of his miracles in November 2022. So, I prayed to him within my heart and asked to grant me his darshan. Miraculously, I had the chance to visit Mangalore within a month and I visited his shrine. Ask for his blessings with devotion and he'll protect you. I still can't believe how I visited Mangalore..it was not in the plan.

The place was mildly crowded while I visited. It was so vibrant with devotional customs performed for pleasing Swami Koragajja for his blessings. Numerous miracles are been spoken by the devotees about Swamy Koragajja in answering the prayers of his devotees. A must visit place in Mangaluru if you are looking to visit some devotional places.
