    Here people are not professional committed to customer service. It is Brand new SAMSUNG TV purchased on 04 Apr 2021. It is with manufacturing defect in filtering the external interface EMI signals and producing flickering and TV switch Off. But service engineer conveyed there is issue in Set Top box, So I have changed HD Set Top Box and Second time engineer said there is issue in HD set Top Box and when compliant is raised to the Team Lead , it is conveyed there will be issue in all HD set Top Box and there is not issue in TV. When I checked the DVD Player the same Flickering and TV switch off issue occurring. Now they are telling issue in Earth in House. But house is installed with individual Earth and all electrical points are well connected and to ensure there is RCCB in place in DB box. So Basically the Team is lacking to understand what is EMI and EMC in the electronics world. I am trying to address this case the SAMSUNG CEO cell and Consumer Court for un professional act in customer service. So Please be ware while approaching to this service Center or any service center when they are not handling the issue professionally.

    Wost response from the agents got an new Samsung TV UA55BU8000KLXL on 29.07.2022 purchased from Digital Hub rspuram it's been 3 days no cal from the service perosn to install , I called up Digital and informed them regarding this some technical person called and spoke so rude as if we have taken the tv for free or we have not paid the worst customer service even before Installing the TV they r behaving like tis do no recommend tis service agent to any one.

    Unfortunately my new microwave plate broke during installation. I paid Rs 600 to the technician by the name Udaya. Its more than a week. Still he has not given us the plate. No response from any staff. Pathetic service. I called the customer care and told I will come there and collect it. They refused and said that we can't get it directly. Some one pls help us. Thought samaung was a good company.

    Pathetic is the only word I can say. The service engineers are not an experts and they literally struggle to find the real root cause of the issue. They diagnose the issue wrongly and charge multiple times to rectify the original issue. Please stay away from this service for gods sake .

    Fully cheating customers cost me 10000 for my Samsung inverter ac they took 1 month to service an A. C. but no use same problem after 2 weeks.. Don't go to ac services to this place. No experienced technicians for inverter ac s. Cannot open cover of ac. Charged transport charges to take ac units from my house to service centre at their double cost, main motive is MONEY NOT SERVICE. BETTER TO DEPEND ON PRIVATE AC SERVICES to PREVENT UNBEARABLE TAX COSTS. They also charged 200 to transport my ac unit to their service centre & 200 to return to my house after the billing preventing me to take my ac in my own car. Which caused 400 may be a commission based system between them excluding the company s billing, VERY GOOD SERVICE, KEEP IT UP. SAMSUNG. PLS DON'T BUY SAMSUNG BRANDED INVERTER AC S, GO FOR OTHER GOOD ONES I RECOMMEND BLUE STAR VOLTAS LG ETC. FINALLY GOT A GOOD RESULT BY CONSULTING A KNOWN PRIVATE A. C. TECHNICIAN WHO MADE IT GO THROUGH BY GOOD COOLING ONLY FOR 2000 CHARGES.

    We had the vegetable basket damaged in the fridge. On sending the photo of the model of the fridge and the payment,they arranged replacement within 3 days and informed us immediately. They helped us in packing also and ensured that the basket fixes properly in the fridge. Very courteous people and Customer driven

    No point in visiting this place as anyway they will ask you to register your complaint/request through call center. Even after registering my experience was bad, they asked to wait for 5 days for a simple spare of washing machine. No updates,i waited for 10 days and fixed the issue with a local mechanic who had all the spares and his service was more faster and economical.

    All positive comments are given by people with minor or easy repairs. If the repairs are difficult or time consuming, then they are not fit for it. They never pinpoint problems correctly and they try to solve issues by changing all its parts many times. Also they never keep any service request open, even if its is not solved. They simply close the request by saying customer told them to do so or that customer did not agree. This is the third time I am seeing this. An example is attached with this review where they just cancelled the request without even confirming with me. My washing machine is at their service center for the past 4 days and they cancel the request without returning the machine just to escape from their deadline. They are professionally poor, technically weak and ethical bad in my opinion. They should be removed from Samsung service center list if Samsung values its name.

    We had brought a/c in store they schedule for a day but they came after 3 days and when they reached they said the store given false promise to us but they lied we know because its in samsung website and also they asked extra copper wire to purchased more than required when i called TL to complaint he also responded angryly like the engineer who installed even bill copy to send takes a half day and its also hand written bill. If you have any issue or need to install your samsung product please go for 3 party they will respect you and respond what is neccesary.

    Worst Service, taking huge time for processing each service and no proper token system, poor delivery service too! Hardly we will waste 2 to 3 hours simply . Try to change the dealership of this service centre
