Not
really
a
good
place
to
stay
as
a
tenant
or
buy
a
flat
here.Stayed
as
a
tenant
in
B
block
first
floor(B101).First
of
all
the
owner
didn’t
clean
the
house
before
renting
it
out
neither
painted
the
flat
and
we
had
to
shift
on
the
said
date
because
we
didn’t
have
any
other
place
to
stay
at
that
point
of
time.When
I
got
transfer
from
Kolkata
the
owner(lady
stayed
next
to
us
B102)denied
refunding
the
deposit
money,
she
said(owner
said)that
you
should
have
inform
3months
before
for
refund.We
did
inform
two
months
before(but
technically
tenant
sud
inform
before
one
month
before
leaving
the
house,3months
was
not
mentioned
in
the
agreement
also)
still
she
didn’t
return
the
deposit
amount
we
were
in
rush
to
shift
to
a
new
city
so
we
let
it
go.Will
not
suggest
anyone
to
stay
there,bad
traffic,congested
area,pollution,I
usually
don’t
write
reviews
anywhere
but
has
written
here
so
that
no
one
faces
this
problem
which
we
have
faced.Bathrooms
are
too
small,There
is
Ventillation
problem
as
well.Problem
related
transportation
n
commu
spc
if

want
to
go
to
Saltlake
area.Takes
lot
of
time
,full
of
traffic
always
,u
ll
b
always
stuck
in
traffic
jam.
