Prompt service - if you're lucky, you can even get a car within 30-40 minutes (yes e-hailing cabs are even quicker) considering they mainly cater to customers that need chauffeur driven cars for longer duration. I've used their services twice. On both occasions, the drivers were good, punctual and the cabins were very clean compared to the e-hailing cabs.

Mr Sarvanan provide good car and his driver can understand/ speak English Hindi very well. He provide cars on immediate basis(15-30 minutes). I wish him a good luck and good service ahead.

Took the taxi service for a one way drop from Chennai to Bengaluru. Totally professional and safe. Nice experience.

Worst experience. Didn't pick up the vehicle which details shared with me. After ride not given the bill. Till the date bill not shared and not picking the call.

I booked a local trip from chennai purasaiwalkam to kundrathur murugan temple.. Its a 6 hours package..felt price is little bit high because of petrol price hike.. apart from that all good. Driver came on time and was professional..

Worst taxi service agency, their charges are very very high and even if you agree to the charges they will cancel the service at the last moment and the worst part is they will not even inform you this at the last moment their driver will switch off the phone, don't use this service they are cheat and running a scam. I think all positive reviews are also fake because they don't even take responsibility for their act. I have booked a cab through website @9am. There is no communication from the chennai taxi service. I called them after, he told like check and let u know. But till the next day there is no response. Inconvenience is acceptable but Atleast they have to inform right. Dont book cab on this ..,

We took a 5 hour 50 km package. The driver was very polite and considerate as our little ones were cranky. He took the utmost care to make them comfortable. Highly rate them - especially since the rate was cheaper than Uber and ola 5 hour package.

Worst service. They said that cabs available ,but didn't respond to next calls . Make us to wait without responding.

I had to be dropped early morning to the airport. Even after booking the flight in advance and me getting driver detials 2 hours before the schedule pick up time, the driver didn't come. I called him 3 times, but the driver didn't pick the call. Luckily, I could book a other cab and managed to get to the airport. Relying on this cab was a mistake.

The car was filthy and was stinking. They quoted us an amount and later charged us way more!!! Driver was 40 mins late for pick up and no response from their side. Had to call and message ourselves for updates! Do not recommend at all. Cheats!!

Booked outstation taxi . No confirmation. No proper communication. One guy called as driver and another guy came for pickup. While booking they mention one price at the end of ride charged 1000 extra...its a scam.
