I had one of the worst experience with this company. I approached seeing the google reviews but it turned out to be a nightmare for me. I went by their strong recommendation for one projects of the reputed builders( as claimed by them). They were all professional and extremely supportive till i paid the booking advance and they got their money from the builder. There is no progress in the construction but I am financially drained. In the forums later I saw that some other customers who went to the builder directly has got better flexible payment terms which wasnt briefed to me at the time of booking by Home Konnect. Since i went through Home konnect builder refused to take any responsibility. Dont trust these people. Go and approach the builder directly
