I couldn’t have picked a better instructor for learning diving. Vidit was very patient and all ears with my phobia for depth and kept trying to encourage me in the best way possible. He made sure that I was good on all of my theory and covered all the basics of setting up the kit and knowing and performing all the skills. I kicked off January 2021 with checking off diving from my list and am looking forward to learning Nitrox and getting advanced diver training with Dive India before the end of the year. I strongly recommend Dive India for anyone looking to check diving off their bucket list.

I wanted to host an Introduction to Scuba Diving workshop for my colleagues at work, and got in touch with the folks at Bangalore Scuba to get this off the ground - it was SUCH a special two days. From the logistics of having close to 30 people in the water in multiple batches to ensuring that each participant received the attention and training they needed, Vinnie and Vidit did a fantastic job. Even the youngest participants we had received the extra care and patience they deserved thanks to Arundhati and Rohan. Our hospital staff had the BEST time, and they’re still talking about their experience :) I couldn’t have found a better team to conduct this workshop, and I can’t wait to continue diving with them!

I signed up with DIVE India to do the Open Water Diver certification (theory + confined dives) and the experience was simply fantastic! I was under a tight timeline to complete the theory and confined dives and they made navigating the entire process extremely easy while remaining flexible to accommodate my schedule. Special shout out to Vidit Dawda, my instructor for the confined dives. He was super friendly to interact with, and his instruction was precise, clear and commanding. He even followed up with me to check how my dives went (which I didn't do with DIVE India)! Now that's saying a lot, right?

Got myself trained for open water and advanced ssi certifications from here. The instructors are really good, they go beyond what is expected from them. I remember pinging them many times and asking too many questions but they always answered my queries with utmost patience. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to pursue ow certification.

I found Bangalore Scuba just after I’d finished my open water certification. The instructors here know exactly what they’re doing with scuba, which I think is a big plus- they treat it as a serious occupation, but also make engaging in conversation a lot of fun. What I love about Bangalore scuba is that it is a community for all kinds of divers. Want to travel? They have some amazing locations and trips planned. Need recommendations? Someone on the WhatsApp group would be ready to offer some. Need to fix your skills? It doesn’t get better than the instructors here. Messed up a dive? There’s help and support readily available. If you’re even remotely keen on diving, or even just trying to see if this is a good fit for you, you should give them a call.

Just finished a 7 day dive trip to the Maldives with Vidit. Vidit is absolutely fantastic! I can't even begin to imagine how hard managing 9 divers, logistics, dive shops, equipment and co-ordination could possible be. The guy is an absolute professional and champ. The dives were fantastic and he was completely accessible and answered a 100+ questions from all of us patiently and took his time to explain everything. You can truly sense his passion for diving and teaching. He's really helped me become a more self-aware and an independent diver. Thanks a ton, Vidit! Absolute blast of a dive trip.

Literally the bestest thing to have happened to the Indian diving scene, they're subject matter experts and it shows! For a beginner like me, my first international dive trip was slightly intimidating, but the Bangalore Scuba team and their community ensured I had a great experience. Made friends, learnt so much from fellow divers and had the bestest time diving the Red Sea and the Blue Hole. They go beyond just taking you on a trip and some dives. Vidit is extremely approachable and ensures you have all the right resources right from the planning stage and till you end the trip. I'm so glad I took a leap of faith and dived with them in Egypt, I cannot wait to go back and do more dives and trips with them.

When I approached Vinnie with my concerns; I was worried. ( i didnt wven know how to swim !!! ) He helped reduce my anxiety on questions pertaining to scuba and then put me on to Vidit . Absolute pleasure meeting him and then meeting PT . The entire team works towards making you successful . Thanks to them I am now open water certified and had it not been for there utmost dedication to ensure that I complete every task... I wouldn't have been certified . Thank u..to all three and the entire team that helped . You guys rock.

This review comes from someone who didn’t know swimming till a couple of months back and still has fear of water. So I decided to pursue scuba diving…genius move, right? My journey with Bangalorescuba started in September when I did my pool sessions with them in Bangalore, to which I travelled to all the way from the Northern side of the country. Why? Because after speaking with my instructor, Vidit about all of my rational and irrational fears related to water I felt reassured, if not confident that this could be the place to set the sails from in the long journey to the open waters. And was it the right decision? Totally! Vidit not only helped me correct a few of my self-taught swimming skills 😝but also in the 2day period of pool sessions helped me to a very large extent in getting over my fears, rather getting comfortable inside the confines of water. Addressing the panic situations(had a few of those), teaching the SOS protocols and being stern where it was required to get the point through. Fast forward 2months and here I was in Bali diving with a fun bunch of people and our Diving instructor Vidit ji again for my open water and advanced open water certifications, now oceans are a different ball game when compared to pools and I learnt it in the first dive itself. But as always Vidit and the other team members came to my rescue with techniques and methods to overcome the challenges. And by the end of the dives I was way more comfortable and knowledgeable about various aspect of the open water diving. To an extent that I will be pursuing this further. All thanks to the amazing folks at Bangalorescuba, with whom you never feel like as if you’re diving with a business entity but like you’re diving with your friends who will hand hold you through the entire process but at the same time will also give you the “Talk” if you fool around. So if you’re someone like me who has their own fears and reservations about water and oceans, Bangalorescuba will be a great starting point in your journey on overcoming them and in exploring our mighty oceans which are way too beautiful to be missed out on.

Did my open water certification with DiveIndia recently Vinnie (who runs DiveIndia) was my instructor for the pool training in Bangalore alongside theory sessions. He’s quite witty and with 30 years diving experience he tells you everything you need to know and makes it practical and relevant. Mel was our instructor during the open water dives. Her briefings were well articulated and we learnt a lot from her during our 4 dives. She would feedback all positives and areas of development in a constructive manner. She was friendly and casual in conversations so didn’t feel uncomfortable asking anything. We also learnt a fair bit of the marine life including fish, corals, sponges, etc. Everyone we interacted with was very professional and knew their stuff really well. Really glad we chose DiveIndia (and Havelock) for our first dive experience. Looking forward to more dives and completing our advanced dive certification as well with them.. Big Thanks to the team!

Ever thought about diving the world and/or becoming a certified diver? Dive India got you covered. I knew I wanted to become a certified diver and when I came to Dive India, I realized that there is no place I'd rather want to complete my certification from. My experience right from the theoretical knowledge, understanding the basic principles of scuba diving, has been phenomenal. The journey certainly wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't for my instructor, Vidit, who made sure we got the basics and the skills right and also constantly looked for ways to educate us on scuba diving as well as the marine ecosystem.

I did a buoyancy boot camp with Vidit in Bangalore and it's one of those courses that is going to play in my mind every time I dive. The approach he took was tailored to my needs and we targeted and worked on exactly what would help me have better diving experiences. Would 10/10 recommend Bangalore Scuba!

I am currently doing my diver stress and rescue course with Vinnie and he is such a lovely, patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructor. It's been so much fun and I feel fortunate to be getting certified with him :) I've also had the pleasure of going on a dive trip with Vidit, who is so warm and calm, and is posses the talent to ease anxiety and panic in his students. It's great to have easy access to instructors who are so engaging and welcoming and fun so the ocean never feels too far away from home :)

I did my OW refresher course with Bangalore Scuba and found them extremely responsible and attentive. Our coach Vidit was extremely patient and ensured we covered all the required skills and understood the theory behind practical applications while making the learning process a lot of fun. Moreover, both Vinnie and Vidit went out of their way in helping us plan our dive trip to the Maldives and connected us to really good dive shops and instructors. Would highly recommend them!

I had a great time diving with Vidit in the Maldives. The itinerary and the logistics were very well planned and thought through. It was a humungous task to manage a group of around 10 divers arriving from different towns and heading to different destinations and I was particularly impressed with how the entire trip, despite so many variables was flawlessly executed. I would definitely recommend diving with the Bangalore Scuba team and I'm myself looking forward to going on the next dive trip with them.

Had one of the best dive experiences recently with BangaloreScuba in the Similian islands. Everything from finding the best boat (and there are quite a few to chose from!) to transport was organised meticulously by Vidit, who answered every odd question most patiently. The liveaboard was great, had everything you’d need for the perfect trip. The group from Bangalore Scuba made it even more fun :) As someone doing a liveaboard for the first time, was definitely nervous but this trip will go down as one of the best!

In the land locked city, there are only 2 options. And Dive India is my definite recommendation. Highly Approachable & accommodative. The immediately responded to my emails and were able to accommodate my last minute request as well. Vidit as my instructor was very kind and patient and ofcourse cool too. Helped me get me back on track quickly. Thank you Vinnie!

I did my OW and AOW course with dive india. Overall it was an amazing once in a life time experience for me. We got to dive in the serene locations in and around bali. All the dives were planned flawlessly and hatsoff to our instructor Vidit for looking after us and making sure we get the best out of the dives we had. I am familiar with few diving schools in India, and based on my experience can note that Dive India is the best one. First of all because of people, their knowledge and experience. And most important - the guys are very responsible. Plus, they lead very nice community of divers, where people help each other with information on diving topics.

I did a refresher course with Bangalore Scuba as I had an upcoming dive trip, and it had been a year since I last went diving. The whole experience was efficient and pleasant. Starting from the booking itself, I simply emailed them and got a prompt response confirming my basic refresher course. The course itself was extremely helpful. The instructor, Vidit, was knowledgeable and patiently answered every silly question I could think of. More so, he asked me specifically what I wanted to work on and ensured that those aspects were covered. I even got to spend time just swimming around and refamiliarizing myself with the equipment and techniques. I left feeling confident in my abilities and ready for my dive trip. They even have an advanced refresher course which I may consider doing in the future. I would recommend Bangalore Scuba to anyone looking to get started with diving or to refine their skills.

It has been an amazing journey and experience with DI. Without a doubt you are in best hands. I did ow & AOW and there is no looking back. Amazing team, super professional and correct guidance. All that you can ask for. Even after completing the courses they’ll be around to help you plan ur Dive trips, dive excursions even help you pick the gear. You ask for it and they’ll go out of the way to deliver the best. I Highly Recommend. Special mention - Vidit is a rockstar ⭐️ amazing instructor. Ask for him as a instructor ( always ! ) 🤗

Great diving experience with them in Havelock, Andaman in 2021. Hassle free planning - team is prompt with bookings over email itself. They made the travel super easy with their meet and greet package, only had to book flight tix to port blair, rest was taken care of by them. Very fun instructors - Sahil, Karan and Vidit - helped with my rescue diver course. Super professional, and very safe diving experience. Will visit Andaman again with them, hopefully to the Neill island.
