This
review
comes
from
someone
who
didn’t
know
swimming
till
a
couple
of
months
back
and
still
has
fear
of
water.
So
I
decided
to
pursue
scuba
diving…genius
move,
right?
My
journey
with
Bangalorescuba
started
in
September
when
I
did
my
pool
sessions
with
them
in
Bangalore,
to
which
I
travelled
to
all
the
way
from
the
Northern
side
of
the
country.
Why?
Because
after
speaking
with
my
instructor,
Vidit
about
all
of
my
rational
and
irrational
fears
related
to
water
I
felt
reassured,
if
not
confident
that
this
could
be
the
place
to
set
the
sails
from
in
the
long
journey
to
the
open
waters.
And
was
it
the
right
decision?
Totally!
Vidit
not
only
helped
me
correct
a
few
of
my
self-taught
swimming
skills
😝but
also
in
the
2day
period
of
pool
sessions
helped
me
to
a
very
large
extent
in
getting
over
my
fears,
rather
getting
comfortable
inside
the
confines
of
water.
Addressing
the
panic
situations(had
a
few
of
those),
teaching
the
SOS
protocols
and
being
stern
where
it
was
required
to
get
the
point
through.
Fast
forward
2months
and
here
I
was
in
Bali
diving
with
a
fun
bunch
of
people
and
our
Diving
instructor
Vidit
ji
again
for
my
open
water
and
advanced
open
water
certifications,
now
oceans
are
a
different
ball
game
when
compared
to
pools
and
I
learnt
it
in
the
first
dive
itself.
But
as
always
Vidit
and
the
other
team
members
came
to
my
rescue
with
techniques
and
methods
to
overcome
the
challenges.
And
by
the
end
of
the
dives
I
was
way
more
comfortable
and
knowledgeable
about
various
aspect
of
the
open
water
diving.
To
an
extent
that
I
will
be
pursuing
this
further.
All
thanks
to
the
amazing
folks
at
Bangalorescuba,
with
whom
you
never
feel
like
as
if
you’re
diving
with
a
business
entity
but
like
you’re
diving
with
your
friends
who
will
hand
hold
you
through
the
entire
process
but
at
the
same
time
will
also
give
you
the
“Talk”
if
you
fool
around.
So
if
you’re
someone
like
me
who
has
their
own
fears
and
reservations
about
water
and
oceans,
Bangalorescuba
will
be
a
great
starting
point
in
your
journey
on
overcoming
them
and
in
exploring
our
mighty
oceans
which
are
way
too
beautiful
to
be
missed
out
on.
