It is not a professional company. Maximum ladies are working here. Lady boss's keeping the ladies to get the work till even 9 pm - 10 pm in such a remote area, Yemlur, Bangalore. There is no transportation facilities for ladies from company side in case lady employees work in late hours. Safety of the ladies not taken care. Now Covid period. One can imagine the work culture. What HR is doing? They do not have ethics and values. In my opinion it is worst place to work.
