    Anyone looking at this review please don't ever consider livspace for your interior work. I have lost my peace of mind and stressed to the core. The designer we dealt with is the biggest liar. Messed up all our designs and charged us huge amount but gave us low quality output. A local vendor could have done better than this.check out pics

    Here's my horrific experience with Livspace. Lies, false commitments, theft and total incompetence. 1. There was no pre-installation visit (PIV) done before the delivery (as per schedule). We followed up multiple times. How would the roadblocks be cleared if there is no PIV done? I myself identified the taps in the kitchen are not aligned to the sink unit and got it fixed with the builder. This was supposedly the task of Livspace and the PIV work. The person who is supposed to do PIV argued and lied to his leads that he did the PIV, but there were no inputs given had he done the PIV. 2. The design team and the installation team do not communicate with each other unless we figure out the discrepancies and ask them to talk to each other. 3. Status were updated and we could track in the app only until the design phase. But after placing the order, the status barely changed. And it was only after us following up, the statuses were updated. So if you are in another city, you will never know what is actually going on, unless you are in touch with their team. 4. There were only two men assigned for the delivery of the modular items for a 2 bedroom, living and kitchen items. It was a lot of hard work for them. At least 3 - 4 should be assigned. There was some communication gap on which item belongs to which room (for bedrooms). It was not clearly mentioned. Instead of mentioning 6' or 10', just mention the room. Whoever is responsible for packing and ensuring where the item belongs takes care of this, the delivery men cannot help. The building has got the power, but the connection to the building was in progress. The installation do not carry wiring for temporary extension from the main. They expect the connection to be ready. But since the PIV was not done, they did not tell us ahead of head. We would have arranged them temporary connection and removed the road block. Update: The PIV which was done after the start of installation, was not done correctly. There's an electrical point obstructing the wall units. This was never observed during the planning or PIV. This is not as advertised or bragged about in videos. Update 2: The custom work was so delayed that we had to do our house warming with exposed gypsum boards. It was applied a day before the event and we did not get enough time to even apply a coat of putty or paint. Update 3: They order materials in excess and later claim that they are delivered by mistake or damaged etc. I was tracking every item in our site. A endpanel worth 12k went missing. When I asked where it is, they lied to my face by saying they did not remove from the site. But they showed a photo of a damaged item, which was not at all ours and neither shot at our site. Our item was neatly wrapped in cover without any damages. The endpanel was extra and I could clearly see it was billed for one of the wardrobes for which only one was required. They had billed for two and delivered two. They most likely took ours to replace a damaged item at some other project. They claim that security do not allow to take any items out of the site, when asked in their WhatsApp group. But the building does not have a security in place. There is only one worker and his family and they confirmed that 3 men working at our site took out the item in an auto. This is plain theft and daylight robbery. For many people, buying a house is probably once in a lifetime event and it is stressful. Livspace only makes it worse. They do not understand their customers' sentiments. They are into business and all that matters is getting money into their account. They do not give heed to our requests and complaints on their project group or helpdesk. They only respond after posting comments in social media. Later they follow-up with us to remove the comments on social media, without even completing the work. Don't go by the pep talk videos and ads. This is a poor show by Livspace. The only thing we are happy about is the quality of their modular items and the finish. Otherwise it is a total disaster. Livspace should walk the talk.

    Worst Carpeting & design suggestions ever We got this interiors done from Livspace 3 years ago. The quality of the material is good, however I strongly suggest dont go for this company to your interiors,. Their carpeting is pathetic, their armatures designers doesnt know what to suggest for the customer. They have given us a wardrobe which is definitely fancy, however never explained pro and cons of this design. We paid 1.8 lk for this piece and this door broke on us and was about to fall on the person in the room. The door being glass, this is definitely life threating. They should have told initially the glass weight would be more and so called their high quality hinges wouldnt hold it rite. In 3 years, its been serviced 4 times and every time is temp fix. Now, finally, this broke and fallen off. Room being small space, imagine 4x8 ft heavy door falling on a person. This company should be literally sued. Local carpenter would make better carpeting compared to livspace. PLEASE DONT GO FOR THIS FRAUDS

    My Project ID : 857552 Location: Bangalore. I want to give least rating available for livspace. I'm having my worst experience in my life because of livspace. My project is started on Aug 1 2021 and still going on with many issues. I'm not happy with how it is handled and how the project is going. Delayed design phase: My design phase took around 75 days that too after pushing them to complete. There are many design flaws and they are coming out during installation. They don't follow timelines and they will do work when we ask for update. No designer came to my apartment to check the site in design phase. Not Responsive : They are not very responsive. They will reply when they want. They initially commit want customer asks for and when the time comes they just tell some silly reasons to avoid. Execution & Installation : Site workers feel offended if I question them about work and they will tell to ask site manager who will rarely come to site. They don't care about how customer want output and they do what they want. Even small change also they are not ready to do. The outcome of my project is very bad if i ask about anything they will tell this is how the things will be done and they covey that customer dont know any thing. They will listen to you till you make booking amount or intermediate payment after that they don't even care about customer. Only thing you will get here is headache.

    The service is pathetic, and no proper planning to close things on execution dates. Approach is pretty casual & don't understand the importance of closing work under promised timeline. These guys just spoiled the celebration with poor quality materials & non professional work habits. Entire family left scolding us for the incompetent and incomplete works left by these guys. Sunday we have Pooja and house warming ceremony at Sobha Silicon, these guys have taken us for a casual ride. Spoiled our happiness forcing us to get the works done at late nights from outside vendors. Beleive me guys. These guys have charged over 20lakhs for spoiling our happiness in Virat Kohli's sporting spirit committed to us You can think twice to subscribe and spoil your happiness. My partners tension had been mounting high, as he has already invited all friends and family members for the spoiler commitment from Live space.

    Our experience with Livspace has not been great. I am surprised there are so many positive reviews here because we definitely know our experience was not one off. Me and my husband travel a lot so our basic expectations from Livspace was to ensure that they deliver on time with the quality as promised. However, there were significant delays in project completion with multiple follow-ups from our end. Now they are creating confusion on handover dates and running away from penalty clauses - when they clearly delayed the project delivery plus there were snags which were finally replaced under warranty. We chose to pay the premium with Livspace because we expected professionalism and quality. What we got was a lack of customer centricity and empathy. Writing this post so that people like us are aware before they make a decision.

    No communication on refund even after following up for over a month. I am writing this review as a last measure. I referred to other reviews here who had similar complaints and even followed the owner's response from those to raise a LivspaceCares ticket and followed up over email, but no update whatsoever. I was promised that the booking amount would be refunded if canceled within 48 hours, which I had requested due to personal reasons. A sign of a trusted company should be to genuinely support customers whether they wish to work with them or opt out for personal reasons. I am really disappointed with this short relationship with Livspace. Update: Got the refund.

    I got to know about Livspace through an advertisement in the newspaper and some offer was going on. I went to the Experience Center, saw it, optimized and selected that option. The best part about Livspace is their designs and the quality. The assurance of quality was always there since Livspace is a renowned brand. So, the delivery of the quality products was there and the warranty covers the products as well. Apart from that, whatever work is done in the kitchen is really good. The cabinets installed in the kitchen came out really well. The experience with the design team was good. Initially, the project got delayed and was on hold for quite a long time but, the team did a good job with the design aspect and I am happy with that. The execution was not hassle-free completely due to delay because of the pandemic. But, finally the project was completed in a good way and that is important. There is always a scope for improvement and I want Livspace teams to have better coordination. I felt the design team versus the operations team was not that well coordinated. Operations team had a delay from their side for whatever reasons and there was a delay from my side as well, keeping the products on hold for a long time. But, once we started it, there was a delay. One thing I would suggest with the design aspect is the designer could suggest what we could do instead of asking what I want. I think the experience will be better that way. Initially, the designer I met was very good but since the project was on hold for a long time, she moved to a different project. The designer was quite experienced and knowledgeable in this matter.

    Hopeless service. Very poor quality. Not professional. You need to add minimum 2 months to the original schedule. Not worth. The associates linked to them for non modular are hopeless people. Within 9 months all tiles fell down and no one is responding. May be blocked our number. Poor planning.

    Have purchased 2+3seater sofa by paying around 1.2L. But with in 18months see the condition ,12noon that we were not in home due to Covid only used 6months . Not suggested to buy this product

    The single star I am giving is to the guys who give estimates and the site plan. I had called the designer and another person who was supposed to give me a proper site plan, I even paid him 3000 as advance for the plan. I have only received stupidly created site plan where the actual site boundary isn't mentioned, area of the flooring is mentioned and not the actual length and breadth. Despite asking for my money back they argue saying they will deliver. Highly unprofessional of you Livspace, these guys need to be dealt with. 2396539 is the code given to me on WhatsApp, pls check

    Ours is a 5 bedroom villa and we approached several interior design companies before finalizing on Livspace as we found their designs to be quite aesthetic and classy. They not just lived up to our expectations, but went above a notch and delivered the designs and executed project on time. The final outcome was exactly what was promised to us. Ms.Ummendra really needs to be called out for her patient understanding of all our requirements and accomodating frequent changes very rapidly. She was with us throughout the journey, suggesting even paint colors and electrical fittings that go well with the design. Mr. Pavan.S was the PM allocated. He is probably one of the best in terms of project execution I have seen. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. With his experience, he helped us understand several aspects of the entire house construction and it's shortcomings that helped us get them fixed for a perfect look. Thanks Pavan!!

    We didn't like, the way. They small usability of the drawers, where bigger space can be used. None of the drawers, are as per requirement. Things fall from behind everytime, they don't give you higher racks. Always emailing about queries and repairs, we would have called for repairs many times.

Prasanna Bhat executed the project very rapidly with very high quality. He was always available and flexible with changes and ensured every small customisation requirement we had was taken care of.

    I found Livspace while surfing online on Instagram. I was curious to check out the website. It was good and the real homes questions and blogs section got me drawn into choosing Livspace for my home. The experience with the design team was smooth. The beginning phase was a little bit up and down as they had to understand our requirements. After this, it was smooth as there was clarity in the requirements. They made our dream home a reality. I was more impressed with the operations on ground. Once our design phase was over the second phase of lockdowns happened. The work was started and finished within the timeline once the lockdowns were lifted. I was continuously updated about the manufacturing and work done at site. I loved the entire design of my home. The quality and finishing were the best from my perspective. The finishing was neat and clean. Even though there was a little confusion in the beginning with the requirements, the overall experience and our home was very good.

    Very unprofessional service! They delayed the execution by a week. Doesn’t have expertise to give any recommendations. Failed to show up for deep cleaning service though we booked almost two weeks in advance. Their consultants Mangesh and Mahesh with whom we worked were totally irresponsible! Won’t recommend their service.

    Our Experience with livspace was very good. This is mainly because of interior designer and consultant Ms Aayushi Agarwal and Mr Jeffy (Operations Lead). Both of them were very good at their service and understood practically our requirement. The same reflected in the execution of project. Overall Livspace delivered what we visualised. I recommend their service.

The designer Siddharth was super helpful and gave good idea of how things will look The site project managers, Shakeeb and Jerry helped manage the project and ensured a timely delivery of the project, even with tight deadlines. Overall happy with the end result and execution.

    I got to know about Livspace from a friend of mine. She got her home interiors done by Livspace and she had a very good experience. So I thought, why not? It was just the renovation of the house that we were living in. My in-laws are very old and I have a very young child. It is very difficult to manage them and get the interiors done simultaneously. But Livspace managed the whole thing. My overall experience with Livspace was amazing. They took care of it end-to-end. There were supervisors who handled everything very smoothly and if I had any queries, they would revert back immediately over the phone. Finalizing the designs and starting the project were done within 15 days. The timeline to finish the project was February, but the project was completed by January. Livspace promised that they would deliver the project within 40 days. I got it before that and it's a very commendable job. The quality, supervision and timeliness were amazing. Whatever was promised was delivered! The designer who was working on our project was Chetan. He had an open mind to all my questions. What I liked the most about Livspace is its customer-centric approach. As this was a renovation, there were things that existed and some things had to be new. Things I could not visualize, the designer saw what was needed and suggested. At the end of the day, I got better than I expected. It was not like Livspace already had it; it was more like he took input from me and built on it.

    I did my house interiors through Livspace and feel prey to their nice words during the initial days. It took 6 months for them to complete the work from designing to completion. They don't have proper designers, they changed 3 architects and am were equally bad. That's all ok, we have our suggestion and things were completed astey 6 months. I've asked for BWR material for my bathroom vanity units. In 6 months I saw fungus forming in the vanity unit. They came and cleaned it(which I also could have done) and in the 8th month I saw mushroom 🍄 started growing (I am not exaggerating, please see the pictures). I asked they to replace the unit, but they have washed off their hands saying vanity doesn't come under warrenty and they can do only a paid service. And this time they didn't even bother to visit my house, but sent an e mail saying they have closed the case. Please don't fall prey to these guys, you are going to waste a lot of your hard earned money. They are good only in marketing

    I chose Livspace after doing my research and reading reviews on different online platforms. The designers were very good as they were well prepared before our interaction happened. They had also spoken to us over the phone asking us about our interests, and based on that they were ready with some designs and visuals like photos/graphics. Based on this it was quite helpful for us to expect what was coming through. It was very tough for us to imagine what we wanted unless we could see the visuals. They made this experience very good for us. There was a slight delay due to Covid but on the whole the experience was good. They accommodated minor changes of the fittings and other things based on our practical usage. I really liked the quality of my home. I also like the fact that the service agents were reachable. I totally love the false ceiling designs and wardrobes that are provided. A little attention to timelines would make the whole process more smooth. In times of Covid it would be nice to consider these while setting the timelines. Overall experience was very smooth and it was nice to see our home as a reality as we expected.

    - I learnt about Livspace from a friend. My friend had got his apartment designed by Livspace. He gave me the confidence that whenever there were any problems and any changes to be done they were done according to his satisfaction. I also decided to go with Livspace as it was a big firm, and they would not have any labour shortage during these Covid times. I had very strict delivery timelines and Livspace made sure it was done in time. The designer here was very patient and good. We were looking for a plain design and nothing extravagant. Whatever we had thought about he was able to put into the design. Finally when everything was done Mr Dinesh who was looking into our design was also very responsive. They were using all the feedback we gave and were making necessary changes. I am doing the interiors of my home in 3 phases. I am done with my first phase and would like to choose Livspace for my other 2 phases too. For a couple of roof ceilings, I was away from Bangalore and they ensured to share the photos and keep me updated. Whatever they promised they pre-delivered.

    I had checked out a lot of other stores but I liked the designs of Livspace the best. I was looking for modern interiors, which I found at Livspace and it was within my budget too. So, I decided to go with them. During the design phase, the person in-charge was always reachable and I felt like he was there for us. From start to finish, it was an easy-going process for me. The second wave of the COVID pandemic caused some delays during the execution phase but I do not blame Livspace for these unforeseeable issues. As I understand, the factory production was affected due to the lockdown. Once the products were delivered, installation was done smoothly and I had no worries. I found the handover process post-installation to be very professional. I really like the overall quality and look of my interiors and the fact that it was all within my budget. I cannot think of any areas of improvement as everything went along smoothly.

    Don't fall into the trap of their jazzy experience center. Firstly they'll lure you into making instant booking and giving 25% off, which they will say you'll not et once you step out of experience center. They'll mention it is completely refundable, and you'll get refund in just 5 days. I have been waiting for my refund for around 25 days not. Account/Finance team is not at all supportive. They won't even respond to your emails and keep on asking more information in bits and pieces. In a nutshell, never opt for Livspace. There are a lot of good interior designers in Bangalore who'll stick to their word.

    I came across a Livspace advertisement while browsing the internet. I saw the designs online and I liked them. My overall experience with designers - Payal & Harish was excellent. They took enough time to design. They were very patient in considering all the minute details than I had in mind, including numerous back and forth emails I sent to Payal with details. The execution team was superb. The on field project manager Pavan plus the installation team had great experience and technical know-how, especially Shravan form carpentry. They took care of all the fitting issues and did the job. One feedback I have is that initially we saw color and liked it. After three weeks when we requested that particular color, the team said it was not available. Having more options to choose from is what I suggest. Maybe the color was not fast moving and it was discontinued. Overall, the entire project has come out exceedingly well. The entire team did an excellent job.

    My friend worked with Livspace and he referred me to the designer at Livspace for my home interiors. I connected with them and signed up to do my interiors. My overall experience with the designer team and execution team was good. They were very professional. What I liked the most was the execution team. I liked the way they worked and they would send me photos of the work done at the end of the day, keeping me up-to-date. I was very impressed by this whole process. The one thing I liked the most about Livspace was the quality of the work and the product.

    Had a great experience with Livespace, we did our full homt interior with them. I would like to give special mention to our production lead Mr Rakesh Kumar who was dedicated for the project throughout and did lot of hardwork and smartwork to manage things onsite for smooth execution.Also our designer Mrs Ruethika for designing the wardrobes and colour selection for our project The project took longer than expected time due to lot of snags, which they have replaced.

    This is to acknowledge the sincere efforts by Immanuel (operations project manager) assigned for my interiors project with Livspace. He deserves a 5 star. The quality of materials and finish of factory output was very good. 5star for the same. The consultancy and engagement at the time of design to pricing could have been with more customer focussed approach and not let customer run behind the team. The team could have understood customer needs and can suggest more ideas considering the thousands of projects delivered. In my case, i had to most of the research. Overall the final output has come out well and i am happy with it. Thanks team!!

    I was looking for interior designers and enquired with a few companies and one of the showrooms that I visited was the Livspace Experience Centre in Marathahalli . I really liked my visit there and the staff explained to us about the various materials and products that are used in home interiors. As I liked my experience at Livspace’s centre in Marathahalli better in comparison to other interior design companies, I booked my project with Livspace. My overall experience with Livspace was really good - I liked it! I was living in an area that is far away from where my villa was being constructed. So I couldn’t make quick checks on the villa or rush onsite to handle issues. I was looking for a way where one team could handle everything as I could visit the site only during weekends. Livspace assured us that there would be only one point of contact for me and that they would handle all the work. Also, they promised us that all the details would be shared before the project started. I compared with other interiors & this felt better choice. At that time there was an offer so I made my down payment and started off working with Livspace. They did give me all the necessary details before work started on site, which I really liked. There was also a clear process in place regarding the different stages and at what times I needed to make payments. "Priyanka" was designer for my project. She handled all my design expectations and did really good job with desgins including custom design scope. Also she informed us well about cost changes of each design choices. We are happy with design output. "Subramanya" handled project execution entirely and did splendid job too. He understood the designs and planned it properly to get it executed to meet my expectations. For any problems he kept us informed. Also, provided possible solutions for that. Especially custom units such as the TV unit and the ceiling came out really well as we expected. I really loved it. See attached pictures. Quality of materials are also good. Even neighbours inspected and liked the quality.

    I have split the entire project into three separate phases as mine is a renovation of existing interiors. Livspace alongwith its partner organisation have been extremely supportive of my plans and have delivered the first phase of the project successfully, meeting their commitments on cost, quality and schedule.. I hope they continue the good run in future phases delivery of the rest of the project as well! 😊

    They take your money and don't get the work done, and no use escalating the project as the support team won't help you with anything. I would suggest you to not go ahead with livspace for your interior. It's not a hassle free experience you will surely have sleepless nights if you hand over your project to them.

    I've had a very satisfying experience with the Livspace project management team. They were very transparent with their process and always kept me informed all the time. There was literally no need for me to check-in with them because they were always on top of things, especially our project manager Akshay, who was always approachable and always went above and beyond during our collaboration. I did have a sub-par experience with the design team that kept changing mid-way through the project and due to that some of our choices were forced to be worked upon again and again due to stock shortages. That delayed our deadline by a few weeks which could have been avoided. But overall I'm very satisfied with the way things ended and we're excited about our new home because of Livspace.

    I am writing this review after 3 months of using my renovated kitchen. Abdur from Lama Interiors has an amazing team. Every member of his team is thorough professional. Carpenter, Granite worker, Plumber everyone did their job sincerely. Livespace coordinator Rafeeq was very sincere and visited the site regularly during the construction . I have shared my kitchen after images and you can see the result of transformation. Mine was a 8 year old flat and long pending work. I am thankful to the whole team for helping my dream come true. It was also done quickly the production took 2 weeks and installation took 2 weeks. What I was also impressed by was their after sales service. Although a couple of handles were having problem after 2 months, Abdur immediately sent his people and got the problem resolved. Like everything else, yes there is chance of improvement - the designers can be a little more creative and suggest custom ideas and be more pragmatic. Overall Lama and Livespace combination are one of the best interiors you can go ahead reliably.

    Dhanajay electrician was good but he was assigned 3 days after raising the ticket. He knows his work but overall process & quality of initial work done by Livspace is not good since entire cabinet came down in 4 months

    We approached Livspace to setup a TV Unit and Wardrobe. Good start with nice representatives. We given our custom design and they made it what we needed. Carpenter, electrician and painter were well coordinated to comple this project before the scheduled date.

    Excellent work done my Livspace. Quality is very good. Sandeep the project manager supported us very well and give us good suggestions for our kitchen. Madhumita is the designer to my project she is having good experience in kitchen designing. I am suggesting you to go with Livspace.
