We were a couple who checked in at 7 in the evening. We slept at around 9 and at around 12 we started hearing very disturbing sounds that we couldn’t even sleep for next to two hours. And we were genuinely scared. So we switched on the light. We saw a huge rat at are face. We were genuinely traumatised about the experience. We called the room service . He sent someone to hit the rat and shoo away but he said if he didn’t find it he wouldn’t give us another room. Very poor costumer service. And room became shabby at 3am in the night and we had to sleep in that room after they shooed away the rat. The food we ordered was genuinely bad and poor taste.

Just visited today and was amezing the staff is very good and friendly... The rooms were very clean and very well maintained. I would suggest the best place for couples... And i just don't have words to describe the homely feel in this hotel.. ❤️

Ours was a long stay. Good location from a shopping perspective. Please read the fine print before booking. This hotel collects the entire amount for the room during check-in with no compromise. Service is provided only if you ask. You have to remind them to do housekeeping regularly and unless you ask, they don't bring the complimentary water or fresh towels. Although the hotel says Breakfast included, the front desk doesn't even offer to bring coffee in the morning. The room tariff says breakfast included. This wasn't honored at all. The hotel is ideal for a single night or very short stays but not great for long stay. The hotel also doesn't provide a fridge which was disappointing. Since we were forced to pay upfront, we had no choice but to stay or lose the money.

We reached early and the hotel people are so nice ,they allowed for an early check-in..nice rooms, services and really quite place to sleep at night.. evening it's market place just infront of the hotel lobby.. beautiful and perfect place..10 mins walk to jayanagar metro station as well

The rooms are spacious, clean, the beds are comfortable and the fixtures in the bathrooms are new. The internet works well and they also offer breakfast room service. I really enjoyed my stay there !

Location is wonderful. Room was clean and fresh. Make sure you take Uber or Ola auto from there. The auto drivers on side of the road will rip you off.

Hotel staff very friendly, situated in very busy area but very calm inside Hotel, food service available with in time, it's very comfortable to stay with family. 4 wheeler parking not possible in front of hotel in day time but we can park in night time, it's small disadvantage.

No parking space even 2 wheeler. I was checked in around 5pm evening then next day 12 pm they ask me to check out I thought once checked in it's for next day same time to check out. Here is process is different. I was paid 1000/- extra for next 4 hours stay.for 24 hrs stay I was paid around 2700/- but as per the online booking it was 1700/- per day. Asked to reception guys they told me that your booked via online hence we can't do anything. However it's like a Worst experience. They bring food outside price too high and quantity very less. I don't suggest anyone for this hotel.

Worst staff, even after having booking confirmation from agoda. They denied room saying they thought ours is fake booking. I would never recommend this hotel. They were very rude and denied room straight away after reaching the hotel.

Don't go to this hotel.. waste of money.. It's not worth it.. We went here at 1:30p.m for check in and they made us wait for an hour to give room keys.. And when I said check in time was 12p.m, they mentioned they are cleaning the room.. our stay was for 5 days but key access was revoked every day.. we had to go to reception to get the access.. Worst experience.. only good thing about this hotel is it's in jayanagar.. area is nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The rooms are not at all sound proofed,various noises were coming from all around entire day and night,on top of that the room given to us was very close to the next building and all night sounds of men living in next building were coming,even you could hear their water flush.Their is no inhouse food service,they bring food from outside on request ( we didn't try this ). All over it was really an uncomfortable experience due to so much noise and lack of warmth.The only plus point is that it is closely located to jayanagar bus station as well as metro

Rooms are really spacious, the staffs are good and friendly. Rooms are clean. Bedsheets were clean. Its located in the heart of the jayanagar 4th block, the shopping street. Price is slightly high, but otherwise its really. The breakfast in room option is also good. If in jayanagar, this is a really good option. It also has a smart lock option, which is cool ..😁

Rooms are good, but the location is very inconvenient. Cabs/auto reject to come to this place since the road is narrow and crowded. So it's very inconvenient for aged people.

Extremely poor customer handling. While I called the hotel None of them told that advance payment is needed. When I'm on the highway to reach Bangalore, a guy from the hotel calls and says advance payment is required otherwise he can't confirm the room. I needed to pull over and do a gpay and confirm them that I have made the payment. Only then they took the booking. If they have said it before I would have made the payment upfront. More than all that, I said I has a disappointing experience with the hotel this time, the guy says Ok, no problem. How pathetic.!! 😡😡

ARROGANT Staff, No Respect and compared my stay with other Customers. Asked to pay Rs.1200/- for spilling Juice over the bedspreads. Did even care to try and wash it to check on it. The Room was in good condition but staff are Money Making Mind. Not at all sensitive to The customers who Visit UR Comforts @Jaynagar 4th block. I would never recommend anyone. Hope you give better service to other customers.

Good hotel and clean.I have booked in Oyo from 7nov to 9nov I have check-in at 6 am on 7nov morning .In Oyo policy if you check-in you should pay 30% but at hotel they charged 50%

One of the awesome hotel I have visited. Staff, service, rooms each and everything is awesome. This is brand new hotel. Very neat and clean. You will get good cupboards, pedestal.I recommend this place. They have taken care like anything. So far I have never saw this kind of good service and down to earth staff.

The first thing you will notice is how clean is the Hotel and the room. You have all the things you need in the room. The breakfast spread is also very good. It is located in the prime location of Bangalore - Jayanagar. Walkable distance for shopping, hotels, Jayanagar Bus stop and Metro Station. Had been there to book a room for my friend. Friendly staff especially Manish who took around the hotel to show the rooms and terrace garden. They made us feel comfortable. Room was extremely comfortable and just like the name suggests. They explained us the tariff. And helped us getting the better price. Good wifi connectivity in all floors.

Unprofessional hotel, untidy, totally avoid. I booked through Agoda, the name of the hotel shows as ' Collection O 81399 Hotel Ur Comforts Jayanagar'. When I reached to checkin they started telling they dont hv tie up with Agoda/Oyo/Booking.com, and they can't provide room, next they told to call Agoda customer care cancel booking, i spent 1 hour taking on phone, the Agoda customer care was non Indian, she spoke to hotel staff, resent booking to them, but the staff kept denying that they didn't get the booking, finally somehow she agreed to cancel booking. Now the hotel offers me room at full price, the room was not cleaned, ther was hair everywhere, bedsheets too were full of hair. Hence stay away from these crooks.

Good and clean. But they have weird rules wrt check-in and check-out. You can check in only post 12:00 Pm and need to check out post 10:00 Am. Many other hotels charge better than 100 rupees per hour or something this hotel charges 500 directly even an hour or 2 early check-ins even when the charge per day is 1700 😃. Don't trust the manager she would charge 1.5x the actual price.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 8.30am. but you have to pay extra 500 for early check-in. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. They provide you breakfast ( idali Vada) . Would definitely send a friend there. Highly recommended 👍👍

High charge for small room. Decent hotel at prime location Jayanagar, this helps to commute well. Tarif is high comparing to the facility provide and room size. You won't get any experience in stay. I had stayed in this hotel almost for a week. For me it was a memorable stay. The staffs are very friendly and I would personally thank Miss Tejaswini and Mr Rishi (I think Iam correct on the name part) for their timely help and wonderful support from the front office and Krishna bhai (room boy) who was of great assistance during my stay Also I thank the house keeping team for the timely cleaning and changing the required in the room. This place has got hospitality done right. I love everything about it: the cozy feeling, the lovely accommodating staff, the endless amenities, and everything else in between for a very reasonable price. Leave it to the city of Bangalore to pull off a feat like this. I was concerned about my car (parking) but with a reassuring valet, I hesitatingly left the keys with him only to look outside my window just after 10 to find my car parked safely right under my window.
